NODWIN Gaming’s Singapore subsidiary acquires 51% stake in live-media Company Branded
NODWIN Gaming‘s Singapore subsidiary, the esports and gaming division of Nazara Technologies Limited, has acquired a 51% stake in Branded, a Singapore-based full-service live media company. With this acquisition, NODWIN Gaming will obtain all of Branded’s existing event IPs and a capable international team led by industry veteran Jasper Donat.
Branded team will focus on increasing international sponsorship revenue for all of NODWIN’s IPs in India and globally. The acquisition will also expand NODWIN’s ecosystem, with IPs like ‘Gaming Matters’, ‘Sport Matters’, and ‘It’s A Girl Thing’ adding a new dimension to their existing offerings.
