NODWIN Gaming, a global entity in youth entertainment and esports, has announced the appointment of Teemu Koski as Chief Executive Officer of NODWIN Gaming MENA, effective July 1, 2026. Koski will report to Merlin Wiedeking, CEO of NODWIN Gaming International.
In his new capacity, Koski will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction, operations, business development, and market expansion across the Middle East and North Africa region. He will also continue to oversee NODWIN Gaming’s global data monetization business.

Koski’s Professional Background
Before his time at NODWIN Gaming, Koski spent over 15 years with Elisa Corporation, where he established and led Elisa Esports. This venture developed into a recognized esports business in Europe and contributed to establishing sustainable commercial models for the industry.
