Two Netflix UK subscribers spotted the renewal tag on their interface before it mysteriously disappeared. This wasn’t just wishful thinking—screenshots captured the moment that sent fans into celebration mode. While Netflix hasn’t made an official announcement, all signs point to a green light.

Lead actress and executive producer Kristen Bell confirmed in an interview with Parade that “the writer’s room is working right now”, though she cautiously added that the final decision rests with Netflix. For context on Netflix’s renewal patterns, check out our streaming news coverage.

What’s Next for Joanne and Noah?

After season 2’s emotional rollercoaster, here’s what we’re dying to know:

Is Joanne Converting?

After a heartfelt conversation with Esther at Morgan and Dr. Andy’s party, Joanne came to understand that conversion isn’t about grand religious experiences—it’s about loving the little things. The path to Judaism seems clearer than ever for our beloved podcaster.

Relationship Status: It’s Complicated (But Hopeful)

Despite breaking up at Morgan’s party, Noah and Joanne reconciled with a romantic kiss after Noah declared his love for her exceeds his religious concerns. Their reunion promises cohabitation and potentially deeper commitment ahead.

Engagement Bells?

Adam Brody hinted at the couple’s natural progression in an interview with USA Today, mentioning “there’s marriage, if they should want that… There’s children, if they should want that”. Season 3 could very well end with a proposal, especially after Joanne wins over Noah’s mother, Bina.

The Sasha and Esther Drama

The married couple’s separation was season 2’s biggest heartbreak. After years of marriage, Sasha and Esther find themselves in very different places in their relationship. Will Esther’s potential dates spark jealousy? Could Morgan and Sasha’s wholesome friendship complicate things? The dynamics are primed for explosive developments.
