India’s most-watched YouTuber-turned-reality star Elvish Yadav has never been one to mince words — and his latest exclusive interview proves exactly that. While promoting the upcoming dating reality show Engaged Season 2 alongside co-host Jiya Shankar, Elvish got refreshingly candid about what he values in a partner, and more importantly, what’s an absolute dealbreaker.

Elvish Yadav in His Own Words

In the conversation, Elvish described his ideal partner as someone with a warm smile, a positive and joyful nature, and the maturity to stay away from drama. But when it came to what he won’t tolerate, he didn’t hold back — girls who lie and manipulate are a hard no for the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner.

Jiya Shankar, for her part, kept it equally grounded — her non-negotiables include respect, loyalty, and a little old-fashioned romance. She made it clear that showing off and disrespecting elders are instant red flags, calling basic decency the bare minimum.

The duo also opened up about heartbreaks, modern dating chaos, and the real red flags nobody talks about enough — making it one of the most relatable celebrity conversations this Valentine’s Day.

Why Elvish and Jiya Make Sense as Hosts

Both Elvish and Jiya share a history that goes beyond just professional acquaintance — they were fellow contestants on Bigg Boss OTT 2, which means viewers have already seen their natural chemistry under pressure. That comfort translates perfectly to a show where real emotions and messy modern relationships are front and centre. And when Elvish’s cryptic Instagram story of a ringed finger went viral with the caption “Engaged,” the internet did what it does best — read into everything.
