“Mysaa” Locks November 27 as Rashmika Mandanna Teases “The Storm You Don’t Anticipate”

The wait is finally over. Rashmika Mandanna’s fierce action thriller “Mysaa” now has an official release date — November 27, 2026 — and the actress herself confirmed it with a poster and caption that instantly set social media on fire.

Directed by Rawindra Pulle, “Mysaa” has been building buzz for months thanks to its dramatic first-look reveals, and this latest update gives fans a concrete date to mark on their calendars.

Rashmika’s Own Words Say It All

Sharing the announcement on her social media, Rashmika didn’t hold back on setting the emotional tone for the film. She described the film through a cascade of intense feelings — rage, pain, heartache, grief, grit, and courage — capping it off by calling “Mysaa” the storm audiences won’t see coming.

It’s a caption that mirrors the poster itself: raw, intense, and a world away from her usual glamorous image.

A Physically Demanding Shoot

The road to this release date hasn’t been easy for Rashmika. Reports indicate she has sustained multiple injuries while filming, including a hip injury that emerged during the demanding schedules of both “Mysaa” and her other upcoming release, “Ranabaali.” She has previously opened up candidly about the physical toll of the shoot, admitting she had hoped to keep her injuries private for as long as possible.

Despite these setbacks, the actress has pushed forward, reflecting the same grit her character is said to embody on screen.’

Two Big Releases, One Busy Season

Rashmika’s 2026 lineup is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious stretches of her career. Before “Mysaa” arrives in November, she’ll first be seen in “Ranabaali,” an action drama co-starring her husband Vijay Deverakonda, releasing on October 16, 2026. That film has also generated its own buzz, with Deverakonda reportedly undergoing months of horseback training for his role.

Together, the two releases showcase very different sides of Rashmika — one rooted in romantic chemistry and period drama, the other in raw physical intensity and tribal warfare.
