What’s The Story About?
Based on the Naver webtoon of the same name by Seong Eun, the series follows new employee Nam Da-reum, who tries to meet her celebrity bias but ends up becoming her boss’s favorite employee instead. Kang Hoon, Kim Hye Joon, and Cha Woo Min lead the central love triangle, while ITZY’s Yuna, Gong Ji Ho, and Kim Ah Young round out the workplace cast.

At its heart is a classic idol-fandom fantasy. Nam Da Reum is a devoted fan of idol Lee Chan, dreaming of becoming a “successful fan” by one day working alongside him. The twist, of course, is that her cold, quietly attentive CEO starts noticing her first.
How It Compares
The premiere had a tough act to follow.”My Bias, My Boss” succeeded “See You at Work Tomorrow!”, which had just wrapped up with a solid 4.5% viewership rating. It’s not the only newcomer this cycle either — ENA’s rom-com “Dream to You” kicked off the second half of its run at 2.0%, a 0.3-point dip from its prior episode.
Why It’s Worth Watching
Critics are already calling it comfort viewing with a fresh hook. Blending idol culture with office romance taps into the same fan-driven energy that powers much of Korean pop culture worldwide, giving the show crossover appeal beyond typical K-drama audiences.
