One of the most established benchmark tests for evaluating GPU performance is the 3D Mark Solar Bay GPU Test. The MediaTek Dimensity 9300 excelled in this benchmark, achieving a score of 8767 while consuming 12.3 watts of power. Notably, this score even outshone Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which scored 8710 but at a lower power consumption of 10.9 watts. The results underscore the raw GPU power and energy efficiency of the Dimensity 9300.

In the GFXBench 5.0 Aztec Ruins 1440P benchmark, the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 continued to impress, delivering a commendable 99 frames per second (FPS). This performance surpassed its predecessor, the Dimensity 9200+, which scored 70 FPS. Even Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 achieved 95 FPS, but the Dimensity 9300 clearly took the lead.
