What Is the Film About?
Set in a dystopian Neo Kochi in 2046, the story takes place in a world where people can opt out of grief through a medical procedure. In this post-brain-rot setting, personal memories are digitally extracted and traded as content — letting individuals replay someone else’s most intimate moments.
A grieving father named Bimal gets entangled in a scandal after accessing an illicitly traded memory recording involving superstar Frida Soman — triggering a broader examination of voyeurism and technological excess.
With a sharp cyberpunk aesthetic layered over biting social satire, the film is one of the most ambitious entries in recent Malayalam cinema.
