The most noticeable difference is the larger size, with the Thar ROXX extending 300 mm beyond the 3,985 mm long 3-door model.

The Thar ROXX will offer the same engine options as the 3-door model. The most affordable variants will use a 1.5-liter diesel engine delivering 117 PS and 300 Nm, paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. A 2.2-liter diesel engine will generate 130 PS and 300 Nm, while a 2.0-liter petrol unit will produce 150 PS and 300 Nm.

Both engines will have transmission choices of a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic. The engines may be tuned for higher performance to accommodate the added weight of the 5-door Thar ROXX. Customers will have the option to choose between RWD and 4X4 variants, similar to the 3-door model.
