If you’ve been craving a fresh, fantasy-laced romance from Netflix, Long Vacation might just be your next obsession. Backed by the director of Crash Landing on You and two fan-favourite leads, this upcoming K-drama is already generating serious buzz — and filming has officially begun.
What Is Long Vacation About?
Long Vacation is an upcoming South Korean Netflix Original romantic drama directed by Lee Jeong Hyo (Crash Landing on You) and written by screenwriter Jung Hyun Jung (Five Enough).
The premise is charmingly unusual. The story follows Devil No. 3375, who arrives at a seaside village in southern Korea on a reward vacation, where he falls in love with a human woman named Lee Deul Pan and begins to discover the beauty of human emotion — while confronting a dark and painful past.
It’s warm, it’s otherworldly, and it sounds like the kind of slow-burn healing drama that K-drama fans absolutely live for.
