The kitchen got hotter than the dishes being prepared when Ankita Lokhande and Krushna Abhishek turned Laughter Chefs 2 into a full-blown comedy roast. The latest episode of the popular cooking-meets-comedy show saw the Pavitra Rishta star locking horns with the king of mimicry, leaving the audience—and co-stars—in stitches. What began as lighthearted teasing about Krushna’s infamous “Sony TV ke serials” jabs escalated into a side-splitting exchange where Krushna quipped, “Kashmera ko lagta hai main sabko dil dete rehta hoon!” (Kashmera thinks I keep giving my heart to everyone!).

The episode proved once again why this duo’s chemistry is pure gold, blending spontaneous humor with just the right amount of friendly shade. Whether you’re a fan of Ankita’s dramatic flair or Krushna’s spot-on comic timing, this showdown was television at its most entertaining. Here’s a breakdown of the episode’s funniest moments and why fans can’t stop talking about it.

Laughter Chefs 2 Roast Session: Ankita vs. Krushna – Who Won?

The moment Ankita Lokhande stepped into the Laughter Chefs 2 kitchen, Krushna Abhishek couldn’t resist pulling her leg about her “serious TV bahu” image. “Yahan aake bhi aapko acting chhodni padegi!” (Even here, you’ll have to stop acting!), he teased, referencing her dramatic Pavitra Rishta days. Ankita, never one to back down, shot back with “Aapke jokes sunke lagta hai aapko cooking show nahi, comedy club mein hona chahiye!” (After hearing your jokes, I think you belong in a comedy club, not a cooking show!).

The banter reached its peak when Krushna, in his signature dramatic style, sighed, “Kashmera ko lagta hai main sabko dil dete rehta hoon!”—a playful dig at his wife Kashmera Shah’s alleged jealousy over his on-screen chemistry with co-stars. The comment had Ankita and the judges—Arjun Bijlani, Harsh Limbachiyaa, and Aly Goni—doubling over with laughter. What made this exchange special wasn’t just the jokes but the effortless camaraderie between the two, proving that some of the best TV moments happen when scripts are tossed aside for raw, unfiltered humor.

Why This Episode Worked: Comedy Meets Authenticity

Unlike forced reality TV drama, Ankita and Krushna’s dynamic felt refreshingly genuine. Here’s why it resonated:

Natural Chemistry: Their off-screen friendship translated into organic, laugh-out-loud moments.
Self-Deprecating Humor: Krushna poked fun at his own “serial flirt” image, while Ankita embraced her “drama queen” persona.
Audience Nostalgia: References to Pavitra Rishta and The Kapil Sharma Show tapped into viewers’ emotional connection with both stars.

Even the judges couldn’t maintain their decorum, with Aly Goni admitting, “Main toh bas inka tamasha dekhne aaya tha!” (I came just to watch their comedy!).

Fan Reactions: Twitter Goes Wild

Social media erupted with clips of the episode, with hashtags like #AnkitaVsKrushna and #LaughterChefs2 trending for hours. Memes comparing Krushna to a “desi Chandler Bing” (for his sarcastic one-liners) and Ankita as the “queen of clapbacks” flooded Twitter. One fan tweeted, “Ankita and Krushna need their own talk show. Who even cares about cooking at this point?” Another wrote, “Kashmera watching this episode like 👀🍿.”

What’s Next for Laughter Chefs 2?

If this episode is any indication, the show’s winning formula lies in unscripted banter over rigid formats. Upcoming promos hint at Farah Khan’s appearance, promising even more chaos. Will Krushna mimic her iconic “Main hoon na” attitude? Will Ankita drop another iconic comeback? Fans are already tuning in for the next episode.
