KnoWay Out Mission Overview: What You Need to Know
“Trash Talking” is the fourth mission in Avi Schwartzman’s KnoWay Out series, available in the A Safehouse in the Hills update. You’ll infiltrate three KnoWay offices disguised as a trash collector to steal offline data the FIB is trying to dispose of.

Complete Mission Walkthrough
Step 1: Steal the Trashmaster
Head to Rogers Salvage & Scrap to acquire your garbage truck. Workers will guard the Trashmaster, but there’s an easy trick: aim your weapon at them before attempting the theft, and they’ll scatter. Alternatively, use a Stun Gun on one worker to make them all flee. Grab the truck and proceed to the first KnoWay office near Maze Bank West.
Step 2: First KnoWay Office (Maze Bank West)

After collecting trash, the supervisor leaves the area, reducing guard presence. Disable the security camera via the fuse box, then hop the fence near the outhouse to access the restricted area where two blue document bags await.
Step 3: Second KnoWay Office
On your way, rival garbage collectors will race to the same location. Stop them by either eliminating the driver or depleting the truck’s health (tracked in the bottom right corner). Once neutralized, continue to the second office.
Repeat the trash collection process, then locate the electrical box at the parking lot’s far end. Disable cameras, jump down the ledge, and silently eliminate the guard facing one document bag. The patrolling guard will investigate, giving you time to grab both bags.
Step 4: Third KnoWay Office (Garage Entry)
This location requires hacking a keypad to access the office garage. The hacking minigame resembles Pac-Man: guide the beam to the exit while avoiding walls. Once inside, you’ll face multiple guards and employees.
Stealth Approach (Recommended):
- Enter through the glass door and silently eliminate the employee on your left using a suppressed weapon
- Ignore the moving guard initially
- Locate and grab the first KnoWay document
- Find the second document while avoiding remaining guards
- Exit and holster your weapon to keep guards neutral
Pro Tip: If guards become hostile after exiting, let them eliminate you. You’ll respawn at a checkpoint right after leaving the office with guards reset to neutral status.
Step 5: Chase the FIB Van
Once back in your Trashmaster, a black FIB van appears. Chase and damage it until destroyed (health bar displays in the bottom right). It drops two final blue document bags. Eliminate FIB agents quickly and collect the bags before police arrive.
Step 6: Deliver to Avi’s Dead Drop
Navigate to Avi’s designated location and park the Trashmaster to complete the mission.
