Jason Sanjay’s Sigma Debut: Nagarjuna & Chiranjeevi Bless Thalapathy Vijay’s Son With Legacy of Love

There’s a special kind of pressure that comes with being a superstar’s son stepping into the spotlight. Jason Sanjay, Thalapathy Vijay’s son, is about to find out — and two legends of Telugu cinema have already given him a warm send-off ahead of his directorial debut.

Jason Sanjay: Key Details

Nagarjuna’s Warm Words for the Newcomer

Appearing on Bigg Boss Telugu alongside lead actor Sundeep Kishan, Jason Sanjay found himself on the receiving end of high praise from host Nagarjuna Akkineni. Nagarjuna pointed out how consistently well Thalapathy Vijay’s films have performed in Telugu states, expressing hope that Jason’s directorial debut receives the same warmth from audiences. Jason, visibly moved, thanked him for the gesture.

Chiranjeevi Draws an Unexpected Family Comparison

Even before this, Megastar Chiranjeevi had his own moment with Jason during the film’s promotional event. He noted how closely Jason resembles his father from decades past, even suggesting he consider acting over directing. Jason, however, made clear that writing and direction have long been his genuine passion.

Interestingly, Chiranjeevi traced Jason’s creative instincts not to his famous father, but to his grandparents — filmmaker S.A. Chandrasekhar and writer Shoba — crediting their storytelling legacy as the real source of his talent.
