Mumbai City FC have completed the signing of Spanish midfielder Iker Guarrotxena until the end of the season. The player will wear the number 34 jersey as confirmed by the official statement from the team, and joins an elite group in preparation for a busy second half of the season.
The Islanders will be looking to retain their league title, but they haven’t hit the same heights as last season. With Greg Stewart returning to Scotland, Guarrotxena will potentially fill the void left by him.

In the past, the Bilbao-born midfielder played for FC Goa in the 2022/23 season, scoring 11 goals in 20 ISL appearances. And now, he has returned after spending a year in the Spanish third division.
