Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How long do Honkai Star Rail 3.5 redeem codes stay active, and can I use them multiple times?

A1: The permanent code STARRAILGIFT remains active indefinitely but can only be redeemed once per account. Limited-time codes like FAREWELL and IFYOUAREREADINGTHIS typically expire within weeks of release, so immediate redemption is crucial. Each code can only be used once per account, and rewards are delivered to your in-game mailbox within 15 minutes.

Q2: What’s the best way to redeem HSR codes, and what should I do if a code doesn’t work?

A2: The official HSR redemption website (hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift) is the fastest method, requiring your HoYoverse login and server selection. If codes don’t work, verify correct spelling (case-sensitive), ensure you’re on the right server, check expiration status, and try refreshing the page. In-game redemption through the pause menu is an alternative method, especially convenient for mobile players.
