Here are all the games scheduled for Xbox Game Pass in 2022

Xbox Game Pass’s selection of games continues to grow, including both old and new titles. Not only do all Xbox Game Studios products come with Game Pass from the start, but so do an increasing number of third-party and indie titles.

Almost every week, Xbox reveals new third-party games that will be available on Game Pass from day one. Some of the titles are well-known, while others are less well-known. A few important third-party games have already been announced for 2022, some with firm release dates, and others are expected to be released during the year.

Total War: Warhammer 3 – February 17

This February will see the release of the latest installment in the enormous Total War franchise. The culmination of the Total War trilogy, in which players manage vast armies in the Warhammer universe and send them off to attack their enemies, will bring fans back to the realm of Warhammer.

By integrating all three Total War: Warhammer campaign maps into one massive game via free post-launch DLC, it is poised to be one of the largest Total War games to date. The game is set to come on Xbox Game Pass for PC on February 17th, so there isn’t much time to wait.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2: Heart of Chernobyl – April 28

The long-awaited fourth installment in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series is on its way. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will be comparable to Metro Exodus in that it will combine first-person shooter gameplay with immersive simulator mechanics and horror. Because the game appears to be excellent, it may be a good idea for fans who aren’t used to horror encounters to play with the lights turned on. The game will eventually be released on Game Pass for consoles and PC on April 28 after a 13-year wait.

Two Point Campus – May 17

Two Point Hospital, a spiritual successor to the hospital management game Theme Hospital, was launched in 2018 by Two Point Studios. Now Two Point is back, but this time to send players to college. Players will be tasked with building their institution, managing day-to-day operations, and giving students with the greatest – or worse – education possible in Two Point Campus. When Two Point Campus launches on Game Pass on May 17 for console and PC, management game aficionados should be busy.

A Plague Tale: Requiem – 2022

With the upcoming sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence, players can embark on an adventure in a violent, twisted world. The story of Amicia and Hugo as they journey through a world corrupted by magical forces will be continued in A Plague Tale: Requiem. Players will travel to different locations and places in the game as they strive to survive and learn more about Hugo’s curse. The game will be available on Game Pass in 2022.

Atomic Heart – 2022

Mudfish has created a brand-new IP called Atomic Heart. The game takes place in a universe where the Soviet Union has undergone a technological revolution, and the player is tasked with fighting the country’s malfunctioning robots. They’ll be exploring a large open environment and trying to figure out why the robots are malfunctioning. The game is expected to launch on Game Pass in 2022, and we’re hoping it’ll be as entertaining as the early trailers imply.

Sniper Elite 5 – 2022

The next installment in the Sniper Elite franchise will be released in 2022. During World War II, players will be placed in the shoes of Lt. Karl Fairburne, who will be entrusted with executing secret sniper operations. While little gameplay has been released, fans can expect more sniping mayhem with slow-motion mechanics. Subscribers to Game Pass will be able to get their hands on the upcoming sequel on the first day.

Slime Rancher 2 – 2022

All people want to do sometimes is sit back, relax, and play a soothing game. If Slime Rancher 2 is anything like its predecessor, fans will be able to do just that. Slime Rancher is a game developed by Monomi Park that puts players in the shoes of Beatrix LeBeau as they search for slimes in a highly designed universe. Players will be gathering all kinds of slimes and establishing their ranch with the help of their trusty backpack. When the game comes later this year, they’ll have to unravel the mysteries of this territory and be ready for anything the slimes can throw at them.

Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery – 2022

While it may not be to everyone’s taste, Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery may surprise them. It will include all three Frog Detective games: The Haunted Island, The Case of the Invisible Wizard, and The Corruption at Cowboy County, in one package. Players take on the role of a frog detective tasked with solving crimes in simple but amusing circumstances. Anyone who wants to try out the first two mysteries before the collection hits Xbox Game Pass can do so now on Steam.
