Internet service providers bring new plans especially for the work from home purpose, the conference platforms are also doing the same.
There is no match of service that Google provides, this fact is again proved. Over 50 million downloads of Google Meet is reflecting it. The popularity graph increases from March of this year. At the beginning of the month, Google Meet had five million installations. The number just got double in just 20 days. Keeping hold of the increase rate, at present, the app crosses more than 50 million installations.
The trust in Google is obviously a reason. But there are some more reasons contributing to this growth of popularity. The service of Google Meet was free for the GSuit users earlier, but now it is free for all. Besides, the Zoom vulnerability issue is also a major reason.
