Gods Reign Joins Skyesports Masters as Franchise Team

Gods Reign, a leading Esports organization based in Bangalore, has been unveiled as a franchise team of the prestigious Skyesports Masters, India’s largest gaming tournament. With an impressive lineup of CS:GO players, Gods Reign is ready to make a mark in the tournament and compete for glory and a share of the INR 2 Crores prize pool.

The Gods Reign CS:GO roster features some of the country’s top talents, including:

  • Anshul “KiiLSwitCh” Adarkar – IGL / Support
  • Hrishikesh “Crazy_Gamer” Shenoy – Rifler
  • Piyush “Clouda” Kalwania – Rifler
  • Akash “Ph1NN” Bose – Rifler
  • Parijaat “Rev3nn” Banerjee – Awper/ Secondary IGL / Support

The Skyesports Masters is India’s first franchised CS:GO league, comprising eight teams. The tournament will kick off with the League Stage, spanning multiple weeks, followed by the Skyesports Masters Playoffs, which will be held as a LAN event. With a substantial prize pool and the participation of top gaming names, the tournament promises to captivate Esports enthusiasts across the country.

K.R.Rohith, CEO of Gods Reign, expressed his excitement about the tournament, stating, “We are thrilled to be part of this prestigious Esports event. Gods Reign is dedicated to contributing to the growth of the CS:GO ecosystem in India, and Skyesports Masters presents the perfect platform for it. This tournament not only allows us to compete against the best CS:GO teams in the country but also showcases the immense potential of Esports and the exceptional talent of our team. We believe in the skills of our players and cannot wait to demonstrate our capabilities to the nation.”

Notably, team captain KiiLSwitCh and Crazy_Gamer have represented India in international CS:GO competitions, including the World Esports Championships in 2021 and 2022. Additionally, star rifler Clouda will be a key player for the team as they strive to secure their place in the tournament at this year’s prestigious event.

Anshul Adarkar, captain of Gods Reign’s CS:GO team, expressed the team’s pride in representing their organization in this groundbreaking tournament. He emphasized their dedication to preparation, strategy development, teamwork, and individual gameplay, aiming to make their fans proud and prove their capabilities against the best in the game.

As per the Skyesports Masters roster rules, Gods Reign will add two more players from the open-for-all cafe qualifiers. These qualifiers will take place in 20 cities across India.

With their exceptional skills and coordinated teamwork, Gods Reign will give them all the to emerge victorious in the tournament, establishing themselves as India’s premier CS:GO team.
