Gnani.ai’s Inya VoiceOS is trained on over 14 million hours of multilingual speech data and 8 trillion text tokens, supporting 15+ Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, and more. It can handle code-mixed conversations — the way Indians actually speak — without restarting when interrupted.
Real-world use cases include government helplines, emergency response systems, bank customer service, and insurance queries — all in real time, in the caller’s language. The company already processes 10 million calls a day, with 95th-percentile latency of just 200 milliseconds. It works with over 200 large organisations including Tata Group, Air India, HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, Airtel, and Hyundai.
Revenue is expected to hit ₹160 crore in FY26, up from ₹56 crore the previous year — with Samsung Venture Investment among its backers. A larger 14-billion-parameter flagship version of Inya VoiceOS is already in development.
