BenQ, a global provider of professional display and collaboration technology, presented its latest enterprise portfolio at InfoComm India 2026. The showcase introduced solutions designed to address the evolving requirements of modern hybrid and collaborative workspaces, encompassing new displays and individual workstation lighting.

Key among the introductions was the BenQ Board CP5505, a 55-inch interactive display tailored for executive cabins, aiming to facilitate hybrid collaboration without requiring dedicated conference rooms. The company also unveiled a new 135-inch large-format dvLED display for expansive presentation environments and previewed its iScreenBar™ and ScreenBar® Max lighting solutions for individual desks.

BenQ: Enhancing Hybrid Collaboration with BenQ Board CP5505

The BenQ Board CP5505 integrates video conferencing, collaboration tools, and content access into a single display. Designed to streamline hybrid meetings, the system incorporates features such as room awareness, speaker tracking, and capabilities for maintaining conversations across distances. Users can access their files and applications directly from the display, intended to reduce setup complexities often associated with hybrid meeting environments.

Post-meeting, the CP5505 can generate transcripts and summaries, aiming to assist teams in retaining key discussions. Beyond standard presentations, the display offers color accuracy suitable for detailed documents and diagrams, including applications in legal, design, and clinical sectors. Additional features include integrated presentation controls, Google Assistant activation, and AI-powered meeting summaries.

Rajeev Singh, Managing Director of BenQ India and South Asia, commented on the CP5505’s role, stating, “The CP5505 aims to resolve the challenge of limited meeting room availability by providing a genuine hybrid meeting setup directly within the CXO’s own cabin, thereby reserving larger boardrooms for their intended use. This concept guided our enterprise lineup at InfoComm this year.”

Scaling Visuals for Larger Audiences

For larger professional environments, BenQ introduced a new 135-inch dvLED display. This display is positioned for town halls, leadership addresses, and presentations requiring visibility for larger audiences. It offers 100% DCI-P3 coverage, providing enhanced color performance for scenarios where visual scale and accuracy are critical. This expands BenQ’s offerings beyond individual collaboration spaces to encompass larger public presentation areas.

Advancing Individual Workspace Comfort

BenQ also presented two new lighting solutions: iScreenBar™ and ScreenBar® Max. The iScreenBar™, designed for iMac users, features ASYM-Light™ anti-glare optical technology to provide uniform desk lighting without screen reflections. It is engineered to integrate with the iMac’s design.

The ScreenBar® Max is developed for professionals utilizing dual-monitor setups. It incorporates the ASYM-TriZone Light™ optical system, which creates a controlled triangular light distribution optimized for various multi-display configurations, including horizontal, vertical, and curved arrangements. These lighting products extend BenQ’s focus on user experience to individual workstations, targeting visual comfort and productivity.

The introduction of these solutions at InfoComm India underscores BenQ’s strategy to address varied modern workplace needs, from executive offices and large presentation spaces to individual desks. The portfolio aligns with the company’s “AI for the Future Workspace” initiative and its continued investment in India’s technology ecosystem.
