From “I Do” to “We’re Done”: ‘OK, Let’s Get Divorced’ Lee Min Jung’s New Drama Turns Marriage Into a Battlefield

Wedding bells to divorce papers — that’s the whiplash new teaser for OK, Let’s Get Divorced, and it’s already got fans buzzing about one of the most relatable K-drama premises in a while.

Starring Lee Min Jung and Kim Ji Seok as a couple who co-run a wedding dress shop while secretly waging a cold war at home, this upcoming series promises the kind of messy, real-life drama that hits close to home for anyone who’s ever watched a “perfect” relationship unravel.

What Happens in the Teaser?

The clip opens sweetly, with Baek Mi Young (Lee Min Jung) glowing in a wedding dress. But the mood flips fast — snapping, sniping, and simmering resentment take over. Despite running their bridal business like a well-oiled machine in public, the couple is falling apart behind closed doors. The teaser closes on Mi Young yanking off her wedding ring, setting the stage for an all-out divorce war.

OK, Let’s Get Divorced- Overview

Why This Drama Feels Different

Unlike glossy rom-com fantasies, OK, Let’s Get Divorced leans into the unglamorous, awkward reality of separation — arguing over shared business duties, masking resentment in front of clients, and figuring out who gets to keep what. Lee Min Jung, known for her versatile career across Korean film and television (see her full filmography on Wikipedia), brings emotional weight to a role that could easily tip into melodrama but instead feels grounded and painfully human.

Kim Ji Seok, meanwhile, plays the classic “I did nothing wrong” ex-husband archetype with just enough charm to keep viewers guessing who’s really at fault.
