What’s the Controversy?

According to Pinkvilla, Bawa allegedly presented himself as Rhiti’s former stepfather. On September 28, her team categorically rejected this, calling the claim false, baseless and defamatory. Rhiti has maintained that his statements don’t match the facts. Since these are unverified allegations against a flat denial, it’s wise to treat them cautiously until something concrete emerges.

So, Who Is Ekam Bawa?

Per IMDb, Bawa is associated with the Punjabi music industry and has reportedly been active since 2015. His father, Shinder Pal, encouraged his artistic side early on, and he graduated from SD College in Barnala before turning to music professionally. His tracks include Hisab Honge, Dil Le Gaya, Vairi 40 and Chill (Lalkaare 2).

Trouble Inside the House Too

Rhiti was also in the spotlight after a heated rap battle. Her remarks toward Uditi Singh and Qazi Touqeer reportedly went from playful banter to derogatory comments. On Weekend Ka Vaar, host Salman Khan criticized her language and reminded her that even disses have a limit.
