Don Teaser: Diljit Dosanjh Unveils Shah Rukh Khan Collaboration

A new teaser for Diljit Dosanjh’s upcoming single Don dropped recently, and the song instantly caught the attention of the audience due to a special addition — a voiceover by Shah Rukh Khan. Thanking the show’s many fans, the teaser (just under 30 seconds) was brief, but certainly enough to leave many hungry for more. Diljit gave a sneak peek at the song where he is seen getting down from a helicopter and sailing a yacht. However, it was Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic voice that left everyone in awe.

Don Teaser: Diljit Dosanjh Drops Shah Rukh Khan Collaboration, Fans Excited for Upcoming Song Release

In the teaser, SRK’s voice says: “There’s an old saying, you need to work hard to reach the top. But if you want to stay on top, you need your mother’s blessings. Reaching me isn’t just hard, it’s impossible. No matter how high the dust flies, it can never dirty the sky.” These words, delivered with Shah Rukh’s signature charisma, immediately captivated fans and added a layer of depth to the teaser.

Diljit, in his caption, teased, “Agar Sab Se Uper Tikna Hai Toh Maa Ki Duaa Chahiye. ONE & ONLY KING @iamsrk. Surprise Anytime,” building even more hype around the release. Fans flooded the comments with excitement, with some commenting, “King Dosanjh X King Khan” and others calling it a dream collaboration between the “King of Bollywood” and the “king of the Punjabi industry.” The Instagram comments were filled with fire and heart-eye emojis as fans eagerly speculated on the song’s release.

This surprise collaboration comes off the back of Diljit’s Dil-Luminati Tour, where he performed in Kolkata earlier this month. During the performance, Diljit playfully shouted “Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo,” a popular slogan of Shah Rukh Khan’s IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

Shah Rukh, a fan of Diljit’s, responded on X (formerly Twitter), saying, “Thank you for bringing joy to the City of Joy, @diljitdosanjh Paaji. I’m sure all at @KKRiders and their fans love the Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo reference. All the best and have a great tour… Love u.” Fans are eagerly waiting for Don, with the teaser already generating massive anticipation. The collaboration between Diljit and Shah Rukh has made this one of the most highly awaited songs of the year.
