Dr. Amy Larsen’s memory-loss mystery is heating up on FOX right now — but if you’re waiting to binge it on Netflix, patience is the name of the game.

Doc, the hit medical drama based on the Italian series Doc – Nelle tue mani, has followed a rock-solid release pattern since Season 1. And that pattern gives us a very confident prediction for Season 3’s Netflix US debut.

Why the Wait — and Who’s New?

Netflix has locked into a strict one-year delay for Doc: each season hits the streamer exactly as the next one premieres on FOX. Since Season 2 landed September 22, 2026 — the same day Season 3 kicked off on air — Season 3 is on track to arrive on Netflix around September 2027, assuming FOX renews for a fourth season.

Season 3 also brings major cast shake-ups. Felicity Huffman exits following her character’s death, while Blair Underwood joins as trauma surgeon Dr. Ben Grant — a character tied to Amy’s mysterious missing years. Expect fresh workplace tension as the drama unfolds.

Right now, this licensing deal is exclusive to the US; international fans will need to check local broadcasters for updates.
