Why the CMF Watch 3 Pro Actually Stands Out?
At under ₹7,000, you’d normally expect compromises. CMF has largely refused to make them. The headline upgrade here is the dual-band five-system GPS — a massive leap from its predecessor that brings faster signal lock and far more precise route tracking, whether you’re running through a crowded city or hiking through an open trail.
The AI-powered running coach is another standout. It doesn’t just track your runs — it builds and adjusts personalised training plans based on your actual fitness level, complete with post-workout summaries that predict your 5K and 10K endurance performance. For someone serious about getting faster, that’s genuinely useful, not just a marketing checkbox.
Add ChatGPT integration on Nothing OS — voice prompts, note-taking, daily news digests — and you’ve got a wrist companion that thinks alongside you, not just counts your steps.

Health, Style, and Battery That Actually Lasts
The Watch 3 Pro doesn’t skip on health either. Beyond heart rate and sleep, it tracks SpO2, stress levels, hydration reminders, guided breathing, and women’s health — all housed in a precision-milled metal body that genuinely looks premium at this price point.
Smartwatches have evolved dramatically as everyday health companions, and the CMF Watch 3 Pro is a strong argument that you no longer need to spend ₹20,000+ to get meaningful fitness intelligence on your wrist.
Battery life hits 13 days under typical use — two days better than the Watch Pro 2 — and a full charge takes just 99 minutes. The 6-axis accelerometer (a 50% upgrade over its predecessor) also means motion tracking is noticeably sharper across all 131 sports modes.
The Nothing X app now unifies all CMF wearables with support for Strava, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect — making it a genuinely connected ecosystem, not just a standalone device.

CMF’s India Momentum Is Real
Nothing co-founder Akis Evangelidis noted that the brand has been the fastest-growing in India for eight out of nine consecutive quarters. The Watch 3 Pro is clearly designed to keep that streak alive — smart features, accessible pricing, and a design language that resonates with India’s young, style-conscious, fitness-aware demographic.
