Why This Win Matters

A Triple Crown on M Countdown is no easy feat. It means a song has ranked #1 for three consecutive weeks, after which it is retired from the chart to make room for new music. This achievement reflects the immense longevity of “Swim” and the unwavering support of the ARMY.

As BTS continues to break records even during their enlistment era through pre-recorded content and solo projects, the industry remains in awe of their “group power.” For more insights into how K-pop is taking over the world, dive into our entertainment tech section.
