This marks Bobby Krlic’s second collaboration with Soto after Blue Beetle, promising a pulsating musical score. Producers include Matt Reeves (The Batman), alongside Momoa and Bautista themselves, ensuring authentic creative vision. MGM won a competitive bidding war for this project back in 2021 after Jonathan Tropper pitched his original concept.
Interestingly, this became David Hekili Kenui Bell’s final film role before his passing in June 2025, adding emotional significance to the production.
