Apple AirPod Pro 2 leaked ahead of their mega reveal

The apples AirPod pro was the first-ever wireless earbuds to offer the latest compact design and improved battery life. The Cupertino giant was the first one to introduce a noise cancellation feature. Now the company is gearing up to launch its new AirPods Pro 2, and we expect the new product to work even better than its predecessor.

But it might still take a while before consumers can get their hands-on on the new air pods. However, according to LeaksApplePro, the earliest launch date of the upcoming wireless buds is the first Quarter 1 of 2021.

According to sources, the AirPods Pro 2 is expected to be priced the same as the AirPods Pro

But there will be to be some improvements that customers can expect from the new AirPods. The leaker mentions that the battery life of the new AirPods will be improved, but not many details have been provided. But given their size, we believe that the iPhone maker might improve battery life by 30 minutes or at least by an hour. It is not worth keeping any expectations.

The Noise cancellation feature will receive an upgrade. But according to sources, the company has not provided any significant changes to this feature that will make it stand out from its predecessor. The upcoming air pods studio, which will be launched at the end of 2021, will offer a much better and high-quality, superior noise cancellation.

The alleged leaker, LeaksApplePro, claims that the new wireless buds from apple won’t be delivering massive upgrades over its predecessor. It means that if Apple continues to sell the first-generation AirPods Pro, these devices will become much cheaper and offer more value to customers in return.

However, it is worth remembering that all this information is unverified and should be digested with plenty of water. The AirPods Pro 2 will be available in Q1 of 2021; till then, stay tuned.

Darren Fletcher joins Manchester United coaching staff

0

Former players accepting a managerial role at the club has become a little trend of sorts, with Frank Lampard, Mikel Arteta and Andrea Pirlo the latest to join the club.

Although not of the same stature as the aforementioned names, former Manchester United and West Brom midfielder Darren Fletcher has returned to United to accept a part-time role at his former club.

He will be monitoring the development of the under-16 players of Manchester United’s academy. Although only 36 right now, Darren Fletcher made over 300 appearances for the Red Devils. He was one of the constants in the greatest era of the club, spending 14 long years at the club.

Here is what the United mainstay had to say about accepting the role:

“I think I needed that period to step away a little bit and took my time to come away and accept not being a player anymore, moving onto my coaching badges, and this is the early stages of doing it.

0 Darren Fletcher Darren Fletcher joins Manchester United coaching staff

“I’m just getting my coaching badges done and being invited back into the club. I’ve got a bit of spare time in the evenings and I thought there’s nothing better than doing something at United and giving a bit back, working at the Academy.

“It’s a club that means a lot to me, so it ticks both boxes really. It allows me to get my coaching badges done and give a bit back to the Academy kids.”

Fletcher took some time off the sport to become a pundit on various TV broadcasts for a while. He now steps back into the footballing world, although not into a similar role.

Perhaps we will see Fletcher as the head coach of a Premier League club in the years to come? But right now, it is still too early to call it. Considering that the former midfielder is very young for a coach, he has time on his side when it comes to laying things out.

FIFA President Infantino not interested in European Premier League

0

Amidst talks of a European Premier League in the works spearheaded by the management of Manchester United and Liverpool, FIFA Boss Gianni Infantino has completely played down talks of being interested in a contest of such stature.

There was information circulating about the possibility of FIFA backing the proposed European Premier League. UEFA were labelled as the prime opposition to the plan, owing to their intent of ‘saving football’ and in turn, the Champions League.

UEFA Champions League to be decided by single matches behind closed doors in neutral venues

Now, the Champions League is the most-watched and talked about sporting event in the entire world. The fact that the competition has been running smoothly for over two decades in its current format goes to show how well planned the European competition really is.

On the other hand, the European Premier League seems like a greedy attempt at raising big money by United and Liverpool.

Here is what the FIFA President had to say regarding the proposed change in European competition:

infantino FIFA President Infantino not interested in European Premier League

“As FIFA president, I’m interested in the Club World Cup, not the Super League,” Infantino told the Press Association.

“For me, it’s not about Bayern Munich against Liverpool, but Bayern against Boca Juniors.”

The President’s words sound much more promising as a neutral football fan. There were talks about the Club World Cup expanding to as many as 24 teams, and a move like that would add to the importance of the annual event.

For Infantino, the mission is to bridge the gap between European football and the rest of the world. His comments on last year’s Club World Cup final are a testament to that fact.

“Liverpool have 180 million fans worldwide. Flamengo have 40 million fans and 39 million of them are in Brazil. Liverpool have maybe five million fans in England and 175 million fans around the world.”

“I want clubs from outside Europe to have global appeal in the future. That’s my vision: to have 50 clubs and 50 national teams who can become world champions.”

Ancelotti thinks Pickford’s criticism for mistimed Van Dijk challenge is too much

0

One of the main highlights of the recent Merseyside derby was Van Dijk’s injury. He has been Liverpool’s backbone in recent times. His injury is a big blow to Jurgen Klopp.

Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford came out of his box and made a strong tackle on Van Dijk which caused an ACL injury. He has been showered with criticism from all ends.

Carlo Ancelotti has now come out in support of his goalkeeper. He labelled Pickford’s tackle as mistimed and thinks he has been criticised too much.

The Everton boss told at his press conference: “To be clear, we are really sorry for the injury of Virgil van Dijk. Every one of us hopes he can recover soon and well.”

“There was this contact with Jordan Pickford: it was mistimed contact. But the fact the Premier League is so fast, it is not so difficult to arrive a little bit later.”

“Jordan arrived a little bit later but his intention was to try to reach the ball. It was not to hurt Virgil van Dijk.”

“To say it was premeditated, and this and that, in my opinion, is too much. Virgil van Dijk knows this.”

“Jordan is really sad, really disappointed [that Van Dijk is injured].”

“It was a strong contact, maybe mistimed, but sometimes in football it can happen.”

Liverpool has a tough task on their hands to temporarily replace Van Dijk at the back. But the major concern is can Van Dijk return to his old form after this major injury?

Gareth Bale feels amazing to be back at Spurs

0

Gareth Bale left Tottenham Hotspurs for Real Madrid in 2013 for a then record transfer fee. He was deemed to be the next Ronaldo at Madrid but he failed to keep up with the massive expectations of the Bernabeu crowd.

Despite winning 4 Champions League trophies and 2 LaLiga titles, he found himself as a bench warmer in the last part of his Madrid career.

So now after 7 years, he is back at Spurs on a season-long loan. He played in Tottenham Hotspurs 3-0 win against Europa League opponents LASK.

Lucas Moura and Heung-min Son scored for Spurs, while Bale had forced an own goal. The Welshman was happy with Tottenham’s performances and felt amazing to be back.

bale mourinho Gareth Bale feels amazing to be back at Spurs

Gareth Bale said: “We know these games are important. We went out there and did a great job. It wasn’t our best performance but we were solid and most important is the three points.”

“I am a bit stiff. It is like a mini pre-season for me and I am trying to get minutes into the legs. Hopefully it won’t take me long to get back up to full speed and I am enjoying being on the pitch and being back at this amazing club.”

Asked about his return to Spurs, Bale added: “It is amazing. It is a big reason why I play well and why I came back. You want to be loved and appreciated. I will give everything for this shirt.”

“This is a great squad that has a lot of depth, hopefully, we can use that to our advantage. It is always good to have a competition to keep you on your toes.”

Gareth Bale is expected to form a trio with Son and Kane and at least help Mourinho’s side to have a top-four finish. Tottenham may then like to make his loan move permanent.

When Bale is fit and in a happy mental state, he is one of the best players. So Spurs has taken a good gamble on their former player. Now time will tell whether Bale still has it in him to succeed at the highest level.

What really happens to your Body and Brain when you play FIFA?

Could playing FIFA really be good for our health?

Researchers at The University of Leeds investigated what really goes on inside our mind and body when playing FIFA.

Despite the game being renowned for causing rage in its players, results showed a reduction in stress and anxiety post-play for all participants. They also found that in certain conditions, playing the game can raise your heart rate to levels that equate to a moderate work-out.

The research reveals:

  • When a goal was scored there was a spike in heart rate, this tended to be higher when the opposition scored which is indicative of a surge in emotion
  • All players demonstrated an increase in heart rate whilst playing the game
  • Heart rate responses were more elevated across the board when playing against an unknown player, reaching levels of a moderate cardio workout when goals were scored on either side
  • Blood pressure was slightly elevated after a game against an unknown player, indicating a level of anxiety and frustration
  • 70% of participants had an elevated heart rate for the duration of the game once the opposition had scored
  • Despite all of the above factors, all participants reported a reduction in state anxiety post-playing.
1 What really happens to your Body and Brain when you play FIFA?

Playing against an unknown player who really exists clearly caused a higher level of arousal, and goals scored against participants in those games had a marked impact on heart rate.

The heart rate spikes in this condition approached up to 140 beats per minute, indicating a real surge in emotional activity when a goal is scored. This kind of escalation is comparative to what individuals within the participant’s age range would see when engaging in a moderate cardio work-out such as a brisk walk (around 135 BPM).

2 14 What really happens to your Body and Brain when you play FIFA?

Despite blood pressure and heart rate results both indicating a surge in emotional activity and rage when playing the game, participants across the board pre and post all indicated a decline in anxiety. This shows that despite the commonality of experiencing “FIFA Rage”, playing the game can actually reduce the players’ perception of stress and anxiety.

IPL 2020 – CSK vs MI: Match preview, Fantasy XI team and prediction

Match 41 of the Indian Premier League will feature a classic IPL rivalry as defending champions Mumbai Indians will take on arch-rival Chennai Super Kings.

This rivalry won’t be as intense as it has been in the past as both sides are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Chennai already has a foot outside the door, however, they’ll have to win all their matches to at least give themselves a slight chance before run rate comes into the play. A loss will for sure have CSK out of the tournament.

However, despite almost being down and out, CSK can be a party spoiler for other teams. They’ll look to do the same against MI as the defending champs are gunning for that number 1 spot. MI is coming off a close double super over loss against the KXIP. CSK, on the other hand, is coming off a loss against RR.

Mumbai Indians

Mumbai Indians have won six of their seven matches. The defending champions have looked flawless in their dominating reign this year. They would like to continue with what they’re already doing. Every aspect of their game looks sharp and on point. They would like to get those two wins to qualify for the playoffs as soon as possible.

(PC- CricShots)

Chennai Super Kings

CSK after much trial and error had finally found a stable combination. However, the injury of Dwayne Bravo has added an insult to injury. They are struggling in almost every department of the game. However, the three-time champs still have what it takes to win their remaining four matches.

Shane Watson IPL 2020 – CSK vs MI: Match preview, Fantasy XI team and prediction

Fantasy XI team

QUINTON DE KOCK (9.5) (C) – De Kock has regained form with his innings against SRH, RR, DC, KKR, and KXIP. He’ll be our captain.

SAM CURRAN (9) (VC) – Sam Curran has bowled consistently this IPL. He also scores crucial runs in the lower middle-order. There are chances that he can be promoted as well. He’ll be our vice-captain.

ROHIT SHARMA (10.5) –  Hitman has been timing the ball beautifully. He has been in the top-five of the highest run-scorers and also set a platform for Hardik Pandya and Kieron Pollard to explode. He’ll be our vice-captain.

SHANE WATSON (9) – Watson has scored a phenomenal 83 off just 53 balls against KXIP. He scored another fifty against KKR. He has been performing really consistently even at the number 3 position.

FAF DU PLESSIS (10.5) – Du Plessis hasn’t been in great form, however, with shorter boundaries in Sharjah, he could be effective.

HARDIK PANDYA (8.5) – Pandya has been consistently scoring important runs in the middle-order.

RAVINDRA JADEJA (9) – Jadeja has been in great form with the bat. He has been giving CSK the punch they always needed. He can be useful with the ball as well.

JASPRIT BUMRAH (9) – Bumrah has been superb as the tournament progresses. He’s among the top wicket-takers of the tournament.

TRENT BOULT (8.5) – Boult has been doing a good job by keeping things tight and picking wickets as well.

DEEPAK CHAHAR (8.5) –  Chahar has been contributing with crucial wickets especially in the powerplay overs.

JOSH HAZLEWOOD (8.5) – Hazlewood has been good in the chances he has got so far.

PREDICTION

It’s difficult to say to CSK have found a decent combination unless they actually start winning. MI, on the other hand, have found their combination more or less from the first match of the IPL 2020 itself and have been dominant in all three departments of the game. Mumbai Indians will therefore defeat the Chennai Super Kings.

Samsung Galaxy S21 series design and display renders leaked

0

After the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series this year, there is a lot of news in the market regarding the launch of its successor series, dubbed as the Galaxy S21 series. The S21 series is meant to be released in the next year. A lot of leaks regarding the specs and pricing has already on the internet regarding the series. As per some of the recent leaks from some renowned leaksters, the three smartphones of the Galaxy S21 series will feature flat and curved screens.

If we want to clarify this thing, we find that the Galaxy S21 and the S21+ will get a 2D screen which means a flat display. There will be no curved display. On the other hand, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is expected to have a curved display. As per the reports, all four side bezels of this phone will be symmetrical. that means, there will be no extra bezel on the chin. If we check the leaked images, we can find every phone of the S21 series has a small punch-hole to hold a selfie camera. That means, now it is confirmed that there will be no under-display selfie camera in those smartphones. In terms of ports and buttons, the images show that the S21 Ultra has a USB Type-C port, a microphone, and a speaker grille at the bottom. On the right side, the volume and power buttons are there and the top edge holds a SIM tray slot.

Apart from this, we also have some other leaks regarding this series. Regarding the cameras, there will be a triple rear camera setup (quad camera setup in the case of the Galaxy S21 Ultra). But the internal specifications of the camera setup is still a mystery. So, we can expect some improvement in it. As per the selfie snapper, the S21 will feature a centered hole-punch camera which is also similar to the Galaxy S20. Moreover, there will be no curved display. You will get a completely flat display on the Galaxy S21.

If we talk about the dimensions, the S21 will have measurements of 151.7mm x 71.2mm x 8mm whereas the Galaxy S20 dials in at 151.7mm x 69.1mm x 7.9mm. So both of them are almost the same, but the upcoming S21 will be slightly wider than its predecessor and 0.1mm thicker too.
