The name of the upcoming gaming smartphone is Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition. This device will have a different design from the normal Redmi K40 series smartphones. This Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition is launching in China on April 27 at 19:30 local time.
As per the reports this Redmi gaming phone will launch in India under the POCO branding and as per source it will be a part of the F-series. Now the company has finally shared some first looks and design overview of the upcoming gaming smartphone, and let’s discuss all the features of this device.
According to the company this will be a slim and powerful gaming smartphone unlike any other in the market. It will have a competitive price range. The company has shared an image and a video of the smartphone, so we know what are the new features of the gaming smartphone.
At the side of the smartphone, we can see several shoulder buttons and the video shared by the company shows how they work. It seems that each of the two shoulder buttons can be activated individually with a manual switch that is placed right beside them. The phone seems to have a curved display as well.
Samsung is one of the biggest smartphone manufacturers in the world. According to the Economic Times, the South Korean giants have started the production of smartphone displays in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Samsung Display, the display arm of the smartphone manufacturing company, has started making display panels in their factory in Noida. This factory is the largest smartphone manufacturing facility, thus it has enough space to make displays as well.
The South Korean company already makes 70% of displays for TVs, mobiles, tablets, and others in Asian countries like China, Vietnam, and South Korea. Its expansion in India will now generate more displays from the Asian continent. The Government of India has been pushing a number of incentives to make India a powerful manufacturing hub. If companies opt to exit China, India wants to remain a sound option.
The same report says that the production of display panels has started this month only and will help to create around 500 direct jobs and 1300 indirect jobs. It was also reported earlier that India has offered many financial incentives to the South Korean giants for setting up a display factory in Noida. The financial incentives here can be of various types.
A few weeks backs, India approved a $1.02 billion incentive to boost local manufacturing. They are also trying to attract a lot of chipmakers to start their production. Samsung Display has invested about Rs 4,825 crore or approximately $653 million for this shifting of display production from China to India.
Both, the state and the central government are helping Samsung financially so that they can be here for a longer time. The Uttar Pradesh government will give Rs 250 crore whereas the central government will issue Rs 460 crore from the Centre’s Scheme for Promotion of Manufacturing Electronic Components and Semiconductors.
Hopefully, the Indian government achieves its target of a higher rate of manufacturing in India so that it remains an attractive destination for all.
With the frenzy of the European Super League gripping the footballing world, there has been mass outrage from fans of the 12 participating clubs. The same cannot be extended for French and German clubs because they are not included in the list of invitees for the founding clubs of the Super League.
Hence, European Giants like Bayern Munich and PSG have been left out. Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig, both of whom have had a history of participating in European football, have also not been included.
In the case of Paris Saint-Germain, there are a lot of things to consider. The club is owned by Qatar Sports Investments and the president of the club is Nasser Al-Khelaifi. Both of them have strong links UEFA and FIFA. Their BeIN Sports company holds TV rights to the Champions League, while Qatar itself will host the World Cup in 2022.
Both UEFA and FIFA have shown their disapproval of the Super League concept and Al-Khelaifi maintains a good relationship with UEFA president, Aleksander Ceferin.

There are rumours that Al-Khelaifi might be next in line to take over as the president of the European Clubs Association (ECA) after Andrea Agnelli moved to join the Super League.
In Germany, though, the situation is quite different. Bundesliga clubs share a close relationship with their fans, and they own the majority stakes of the clubs which is something that RB Leipzig loopholed, and is the reason why they are so hated in the country.

Borussia Dortmund CEO, Hans-Joachim Watzke, revealed that both his club and Bayern had rejected offers to join the Super League. The Dortmund ultras have also spoken out on their wishes to not participate in the Super League.
Bayern Munich are also against the idea of participating in the Super League despite them being one of the biggest clubs in the continent.
Indian Super League (ISL) side FC Goa will face Persian Gulf Pro League (PGPL) club Persepolis FC in their third AFC Champions League (ACL) fixture tonight.
Persepolis are on top of the group, having won both their matches. On the other hand, FC Goa has also outdone everyone by staying unbeaten in the first two matches and are now second in the table.
The Iranian giants Persepolis were the runners-up in the 2020 edition of the AFC Champions League and are among the favourites to win the continental competition this season. However, FC Goa is expected to give a tough fight, and if they even come out with a draw, it’ll be a huge win for Indian football.
The ACL match between Persepolis FC and FC Goa will be played on 20th April 2021.
Where will be the match played?
The match will be played at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Fatorda, India.
What time does the match kick-off?
The match will kick-off at 10:30 PM IST.
Which TV channels will broadcast the ACL match live in India?
Star Sports is the exclusive media broadcasting partner of the AFC Champions League in the Indian sub-continent. You can watch the match live in India on Star Sports 3.
How can you watch the live streaming of the match in India?
You can catch the live streaming of the Persepolis FC vs FC Goa match in India on Disney+ Hotstar.
Predicted Lineups:
Persepolis (4-4-2): Hamed Lak (GK), Siamak Nemati, Vahid Amiri, Hossein Kannani, Seyed Jalal Hosseini, Ehsan Pahlevan, Kamal Kamyabina, Mahdi Torabi, Ahmad Noorollahi, Shariar Moghanlou, Omid Alishah
FC Goa (4-2-3-1): Dheeraj Singh (GK), Sanson Pereira, Ivan Gonzalez, James Donachie, Seriton Fernandes, Edu Bedia, Glan Martins, Brandon Fernandes, Redeem Tlang, Jorge Ortiz, Devendra Murgaonkar
The shell shock of the European Super League still has football fans shaken up. UEFA’s stance on the issue has been outlined by President Ceferin, wherein he has said that the 12 teams who have consented to participate in the Super League will be kicked out of their respective domestic leagues as well as the Champions League.
According to Super League and Real Madrid President Florentino Perez, teams from France and Germany have not yet been invited which is why they have been left out of consideration in this post. Bayern Munich’s administration and PSG players have come out and said that they will not participate in such a league. Borussia Dortmund’s ultras are also against such a breakaway tournament.
Hence, here’s how the qualifying teams from the leagues in England, Spain and Italy look like when we negate the 12 teams who are participating in the Super League.
UEFA Champions League:
England: Leicester, West Ham, Everton, Leeds
Italy: Atalanta, Napoli, Lazio, Roma
Spain: Sevilla, Villarreal, Betis, Sociedad
UEFA Europa League:
England: Aston Villa, Wolves, Crystal Palace
Italy: Sassuolo, Verona, Sampdoria
Spain: Granada, Levante, Celta Vigo
Leicester City and Leeds United would be enjoying a welcome return to the Champions League. On the other hand, West Ham United and Everton could be considered successful in their attempts to secure Champions League football considering the fight they have put up this season.

The scene in Italy is rather interesting because all of Lazio, Roma, Napoli and Atalanta have had their share of experiences in the Champions League recently. Sassuolo, Verona and Sampdoria competing in the Europa League would also make sense, considering they too are good teams in their own right.
As for Spain, Sevilla, Betis, Villarreal and Sociedad would enjoy an upgrade to the Champions League considering the big three have been ruled out. Moreover, Granada, Levante and Celta Vigo would represent the country in the Europa League and add to the dimensions of Spanish football beyond that of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.

Microsoft® PlayReady AV1 Support – Support for the open-source, royalty-free PlayReady AV1 hardware-accelerated decode for AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series graphics cards ensures high-quality, protected content.
AMD Crash Defender – A new stability feature to ensure systems “stay alive,” preserve data and fully recover from potential hangs or crashes in select scenarios. Author’s take
Most of these owners are billionaires or are companies worth billions and millions, still, Florentino Perez, President of Real Madrid and the ESL, in a recent interview stated that the Super League is being formed because these owners and clubs don’t have funds. The Super League will help these clubs earn more. The whole football system is being disrupted just for the billionaires to get even richer. Makes one think if football has stopped being for the fans and started being for these owners to mint money?
Real Madrid President Florentino Perez was announced as the President of the European Super League, and he gave a lengthy interview to El Chiringuito last night regarding the Super League frenzy.
The Reason Behind the Arrival of the League
“The big clubs of England, Spain and Italy have to find a solution to tackle the bad situation that football is experiencing. We’ve come to the conclusion that by replacing Champions League with the Super League, we’ll be able to alleviate the lost income due to the pandemic.
“You have to make profitable income by producing more competitive games. When you have no income other than the broadcasting rights, you come up with a solution of producing more attractive games that enable fans from all over the world to watch the big clubs play against each other.”

“16-24 year old fans aren’t interested in football. 40% of young people aren’t interested in football, because there are too many games of low quality. It’s in all the statistics and the studies. Teenagers are more interested in playing video games than in football these days, and we have to do something to bring them back. We had to adapt. The same thing happened in the 50’s, UEFA and FIFA were opposed to Bernabéu and the European Cup.”
“No one has interest in the Champions League until the quarter-finals. What generates the most interest? Let the greats play. We’re doing our best for the sport. The Champions League has lost its attraction, we have created the Super League to save football. We have to change something to make this sport more attractive at a global level. That is what we did with Bernabeu.”
“The television rights are what make us money. That money is for everyone. If those at the top have money, it goes to everyone because we buy players from those other clubs and we can be in solidarity.”
On the Threats From UEFA
“Players excluded from International matches or tournaments? That’s not going to happen. I want to assure every football player out there, they cannot stop you from playing with your National team. Threats from UEFA president? (Smirks) So be it. Real Madrid will not be banned from the Champions League. I guarantee it 100%, no one can take us out of the Champions League. UEFA has prepared the new format of UCL for 2024. In 2024, we will be dead. We’re not UEFA’s property, they can’t govern us. UEFA’s monopoly is over, a new era is coming.”

“What UEFA’s president did today was unacceptable, disrespecting Agnelli [Juventus Chariman]. UEFA has to change. It’s ridiculous that the UEFA president can allow himself to insult the president of a huge European club. We don’t need these type of people in football. Disrespectful and unacceptable.”
On French and German Clubs Not Being Invited
“We haven’t invited PSG yet for the Super League. Nor we have invited any German clubs. We will not cancel the Super League if PSG and Bayern do not join – that’s nonsense. We have 15 teams and another five teams will enter. It will not be a closed league. The five teams will earn their place every season. Again, I repeat, the Super League is not a closed league. That’s totally false. It’s an open league that any good team can reach, regardless of the name. If you win the UCL, you receive €120 to €130m from UEFA, but with Super League we will earn much more.
“This Super League is not a competition for the rich, it’s a competition of solidarity to save football, by the great and the modest. We want to start as soon as possible, we want to talk to UEFA and FIFA, but they should not get angry – they better know that. The big teams are more attractive, they are the ones who generate the most money. I do not think it’s more attractive to watch unfamiliar teams. We owe this change to the fans. Everything will be improved with the Super League, including VAR and the referees. Without the Super League, football will die before 2024. Big and small clubs will die.”
On Financial Transparency
“We want to start the Super League next season, that’s why we announced. I was chosen as a president because of my experience.”
“I know LeBron James’ salary because it’s public, but I don’t know the UEFA president’s salary. Why? UEFA does not have a good image throughout it’s history, there needs to be transparency. I reduced my salary because of the pandemic, I don’t think the president of the UEFA or La Liga did that. We have problems even with our sponsors. Adidas and Emirates have had difficulties (financially), we also have to be in solidarity with them. There are people who think that nothing has happened since the pandemic. This isn’t a battle for money, this is a battle for football. We’re trying to save football, and some people don’t care because it’s not in their financial interest.

“We will do all of our efforts to try to reach a compromise with FIFA or UEFA. If we can’t reach an agreement, we won’t back down. We will continue working even if it takes more time. We will be able to watch the best games in world football two days of the week. Without compromising the matches of the respective leagues on the weekend.”
Transfer News
On Mbappe: “I go out with a mask, nobody recognizes me and all the sudden I hear, ‘Presi, sign Mbappé!’, I tell them, ‘be calm’. It’s good, why lie? Madrid needs a change. We need to evolve. We have won a lot and we must recover the illusion, the desire to compete.”
On a Ronaldo Return: “Cristiano isn’t returning to Madrid, he gave us a lot but his return makes no sense. I love him, but it doesn’t make sense — he is a Juventus player.”
Salary reductions: “Jović and Ødegaard before leaving, lowered their salaries. Many others too, there are people who are supportive of the club. Ramos agreed to drop 10% last year, this year he is in a different situation. I love Ramos, but we are in a very bad financial situation at Real Madrid. Nobody puts money into this club. Will he leave the club? I didn’t say that – many things can happen. We will think about it at the end of the season.”
Zidane’s future: “Zidane is the best coach we’ve ever had. Will he leave on his own at the end of the season? I don’t know – you never know with Zidane.”
PSG interest in Vinicius JR: “Vinicius is not for sale. No one can buy him, you cannot even touch him”
Mourinho: “Mourinho’s sacking? Mourinho increased our competitiveness. Of the last 11 Champions we reached 9 semi-finals. That gene to compete, I always appreciate it.”
Stadium Renovations: “The new Bernabeu will be ready in the fall of next year.”
Haaland & Raiola Visit: “Haaland’s father visited our museum. It’s crazy, everyone always has the same reaction, they’ve never seen anything like that.”
Author’s view
While it is true that football has been terribly affected financially in the last year or so, it is mainly due to the coronavirus pandemic preventing fans from entering stadiums. This is expected to end at some point, despite the loss of millions in the form of matchday revenue.
Additionally, despite the Super League promising big matches, what good will it do by showing an El Clasico every other week? That simply takes away from the excitement of the match, half of which is due to the rarity of the fixture.
The players themselves are against a competition like this, and given that it could completely overwrite the history of European football by replacing the Champions League, the advent of such a League could still spell the end of football as we know it.
Florentino Perez has suddenly become the most talked about person in football after becoming the first chairman of the controversial European Super League.
3 Spanish clubs – Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, 3 Italian clubs – Juventus, Inter Milan and AC Milan and 6 English clubs – Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have agreed on the formation of the European Super League.
Amid the huge controversy regarding the ESL, Florentino Perez gave an interview to El Chiringuito on Monday night. He also talked about the various transfer plans regarding some of the best players. Here’s what he said in the interview, via Fabrizio Romano.
Kylian Mbappe
“The fans always ask me to buy Mbappé. My answer? I say: don’t worry… the truth is that he is a good player, yes. I’ve never talked to Mbappé. At least now… (laughs). I don’t know what’s going to happen to his contract with PSG”
Cristiano Ronaldo
“Cristiano Ronaldo will NOT come back at Real Madrid. It not makes sense, he has a contract with Juventus”.
Sergio Ramos
“I love Sergio Ramos, but we are in a very bad financial situation at Real Madrid. Nobody puts money into this club. Will he leave the club? I didn’t say that… many things can happen. We will think about it at the end of the season”
Vinicius Junior
“Vinicius Junior is untouchable. He’s not leaving Real Madrid also if PSG ask for Vinicius [in the Mbappé deal]”
Zinedine Zidane
“Zidane is happy, he is a top manager. The contract is there, we’ll see what happens at the end of the season. Mourinho? In the three years with us José has helped us, we must thank him too”
Erling Haaland
“Haaland’s father has visited our training ground Valdebebas, yes. Everyone has always had the same reaction: never seen anything like this. Haaland and Mbappé are two excellent players but what Messi and CR7 have done is incredible”.
