The Cupertino giant not only launched a wide range of products today but also brought some important new features which have made their new iPhones as well as watches even more valuable in daily life. Yes, Apple has made Crash Detection and now it is available on all its latest products to help its users stay safe “just in case” if it’s needed.
All of its new smartwatches including their base Watch SE 2nd gen will also have this feature because Apple has trained its devices which already have gyroscopes and other sensors to detect if you have been hit by a car crash, applicable only when you are driving.
As soon as someone is hit with an accident according to Apple, both your iPhone 14 series and Apple Watch SE or Series 8 or Ultra will send an emergency SOS. Also, it will show you that you have been in a crash and your device will send an emergency SOS as well as trigger alerts to your contacts about your crash, you also cancel it at your convenience.
This Crash Detection is a useful feature and a much-needed one especially if you are paying a premium price on an iPhone or Apple Watch.
Alongside the Apple Watch Series 8 and Watch SE 2, the company has also launched its new, much-rumored rugged smartwatch Apple Watch Ultra today. However, the company has also been rumored to launch an “Ultra” or “Pro” variant at some point, and that time is finally here. The Apple Watch Ultra has just been announced.
It features a new rugged design featuring sapphire glass, the brightest display on an Apple Watch, and an extra “action” button. It’s built for “exploration, adventure, and endurance”. Let’s have a look at its detailed features and specifications.
Apple Watch Ultra Specifications
Starting with the design, the Watch Ultra boasts an aerospace-grade titanium case to provide users with a more durable and corrosion-resistance build. Not just that, the case is now bigger at 49mm and is raised to surround the edges of the bigger new display. It’s easier to read in the harshest sunlight thanks to its 2000 nits screen, the digital crown is larger and designed for being used with gloves.
The orange Action button can be customized for various purposes, including workouts, compass waypoints, and a new backtrack feature. There are three built-in microphones to improve sound quality as well as reduce ambient noise like the wind. The Watch Ultra can withstand freezing cold mountains at -4° F (-20° C) to the blazing desert heat at 131° F (55° C).
The Ultra watch has cellular capability and gets up to 36 hours on a single charge. It also has an extended battery life of 60 hours when using a new low-power setting. That mode still allows you to measure heart rate and GPS. Apple says that the Ultra has enough battery life for most users to complete a long-course triathlon, which has a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and a full 26.2-mile marathon.
The Watch Ultra is powered by watchOS 9, which includes new advanced running metrics to measure performance, like Stride Length, Ground Contact Time, Vertical Oscillation, and Running Power. It’s also certified to EN 13319 for scuba divers, with a diving depth of up to 40m. It also has a new Oceanic Plus app for recreational and scuba divers.
There is a new Action button on the Watch Ultra that allows for instant access to a variety of features, including Workouts, Compass Waypoints, Backtrack, and more. The Apple Watch Ultra also uses dual-frequency GPS that integrates both L1 and L5 frequencies, resulting in one of the most accurate GPS on any smartwatch, powered by Apple’s new positioning algorithms.
The Apple Watch Ultra comes with three new band options – Trail Loop, Alpine Loop, and Ocean Band. Customers in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Japan, the UAE, the UK, the US, and more than 40 other countries and regions can order Apple Watch Ultra today.
The Apple Watch Ultra is priced at $799 in the US and it will be available to buy starting 23rd September.
The Witcher 3-style significant story extensions for Cyberpunk 2077 had long been promised by CD Projekt Red, but due to the game’s rocky start and difficult road to recovery, such expansions were mostly put on hold. Fortunately, that has changed with the official announcement of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty by CD Projekt Red, a “spy-thriller” story extension coming only to next-gen platforms.
V will be employed by the New United States of America, as suggested by the latest Phantom Liberty teaser film. Although it’s unknown what you’ll be doing for the government, Johnny Silverhand advises that whatever it is is probably a “poor decision” (it sounds like Keanu Reeves will be back).

“I, V, do solemnly swear that I shall faithfully serve the New United States of America. Get ready for Phantom Liberty — a spy-thriller expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 set in an all-new district of Night City.”
Phantom Liberty’s aesthetics are indeed striking, but hopefully CD Projekt Red won’t oversell them as they have in the past.
Although there is still a chance, Phantom Liberty appears to tell a different tale than the one that was hinted at by a significant data mining leak earlier this year. Data mining suggested an update that added seven new main objectives and unlocked several previously restricted regions of the Night City map. Take everything with a very huge grain of salt, though, as this expansion may turn out to be something entirely else.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty launches on PC, Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and Stadia in 2023.
Apple at its ‘Far Out’ event on Wednesday launched its second-generation AirPods Pro. They’re available for preorder on Friday and will ship starting Sept. 23 for $249 (£249, AU$399).
They were announced at Apple’s September event alongside the new series of Apple Watches and contain many new features thanks to the inclusion of the new Apple H2 wireless chip. Let’s have a look at its detailed features and specifications.
Apple AirPods Pro 2 Specifications
The new earphones offer support for Dolby Atmos and Spatial Audio with head tracking, just like their predecessor. The AirPods Pro (2nd generation) features a driver with improved audio quality, along with a force sensor for pressure controls located along the earphones’ stems.
Among the highlights of the new true wireless noise-canceling earbuds is the ability to take a picture of your ears using the TrueDepth camera on the iPhone to create a profile for personalized spatial audio, as well as an advanced computational audio algorithm that eliminates twice as much noise as the original AirPods Pro.
On the connectivity front, the new AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) features Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, according to the Cupertino firm. They will also feature support for skin detection via a sensor, to identify when the earbuds are in a user’s ear to automatically start or stop media playback.
Battery life is now up to 6 hours on a single charge (up from 5) and the case gives you an additional four charges. Additionally, the case now has a built-in speaker, which allows it to play sounds for use with Apple’s precision Find My feature.
Apple says that the AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) offers up to 6 hours (33 percent extra) of listening time compared to their predecessor. Users can get up to 30 hours of battery life, which is an increase of 6 hours, with a full charge. These earphones can be charged via a Lightning cable, wirelessly with Qi-certified chargers, and with Apple’s proprietary MagSafe charging protocol, according to the company.
The new earbuds will cost $249, and you can order them on September 9th. They’ll be available on September 23rd. The updated AirPods Pro will also come with new extra-small ear tips, which could be a better fit for some ears.
If the most recent leak from QbitLeaks is to be believed, NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 40 series graphics cards will significantly improve gaming and app performance. However, the same leaker has since shared a picture of what is likely the first clear view of the Founders Edition design of the RTX 40 series and is now providing us with performance data for an unidentified RTX 40 series graphics card built on the Ada Lovelace architecture.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 SKU from which these performance figures are taken is not specified, but it seems likely that we are looking at either the RTX 4090 or the RTX 4080, both of which were rumoured to deliver over a 2x performance improvement over their RTX 30 predecessors.
The stats, which would indicate that they represent the performance of the RTX 4080, were not based on the flagship SKU, according to the leaker. He has shared another image from the GTC presentation, showing what appears to be the RTX 4080 adjacent to the flagship RTX 4090.
Three applications for productivity and six games are part of the performance metrics. The games’ settings are not given, but the leaker claims that all of them had RTX (Ray Tracing) enabled and that the resolution was 4K. According to the leaker, DLSS wasn’t employed for these experiments.
Control, Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition, Minecraft, Quake II RTX, Dying Light 2, and Cyberpunk 2077 are some of the games available. The performance of all of these titles is expected to represent the RTX 40 series’ best case scenario because they all significantly favour NVIDIA GPUs.

The real figures indicate improvements of up to 2-2.2x in the majority of games, however Minecraft with RTX displays an 80% performance increase. Performance also sits at or above 2x in programmes like Autodesk Arnold, Blender, and Chaos V-Ray, which is an impressive improvement over the previous iteration.
The Cupertino giant today announced a lot of new devices and products to rejoice, however, their new flagship smartphone chipset is here called the A16 Bionic. Yes, it’s based on the 4nm process and as per rumours Apple has only reserved it for the Pro models this time as no competing chipset out there can match the kind of performance even the A15 Bionic has.
Taking this to next level the new A16 Bionic is no comparison to the current competition as per Apple. Now with up to 16 billion transistors, this is the fastest smartphone chip out there and thanks to the new efficient TSMC’s 4nm process.
Thanks to Apple’s ground-breaking engineering, it offers better performance with just one-third the power consumption compared to the Android powering chipsets. Now the A16 Bionic is able to do 17 trillion operations per second, yes, it’s that fast, helping the new iPhone 14 Pro to give incredible performance and does every job from photography to gaming everything so smooth.
Coming to the architecture, Apple hasn’t tweaked much from the last A15 Bionic but certainly made it more powerful, with the same 6-core CPU but the 2 high-performance cores give better performance while still consuming 20% lesser power.
You still have the 5-core GPU which according to Apple is also more powerful with 50% more memory bandwidth, so a RAM upgrade is obvious. The new improved ISP is the key element responsible to provide better photos with more image processing happening from the time when they are clicked by the sensor itself.
When you see Apple’s comparison, you do feel Apple is comparing the single-core performance, however, it will be interesting to see how it performs in multi-core as well. We do expect minor to good improvements in terms of raw performance but essentially, the new A16 Bionic will be more efficient yet powerful per watt.
We are sure a lot of people cannot wait to see this chip in action on the new iPhone 14 Pro, so head to Apple.com to start your pre-orders now!
Apple today announced the 2nd generation Apple Watch SE, the Apple Watch SE 2. It features the S8 chip, crash detection, and new color options. But you will not get higher-end features found on the premium models, such as the electrical heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor, and an always-on display.
The new Watch SE features the same SiP 8 which is found on the new Watch Series 8. The new SiP makes Watch SE 20% faster. Let’s have a look at its detailed features and specifications:
Apple Watch SE 2 Features
The second-generation Watch SE offers the core Apple Watch experience at a more affordable price. The back case has been redesigned with a new, colour-matched nylon composite material. The Watch SE is now 20 percent faster thanks to the S8 chip, the same chip from the Watch Series 8. The new watch runs the latest watchOS 9 updates.
The new model is made out of 100% recycled aluminium, with a redesigned back case made out of nylon composite materials. The company claimed the new Watch SE is made using a production process that reduces its carbon footprint by 80%.
It comes with all the standard features of the original SE — a Retina OLED display, optical heart rate sensor, fall detection, emergency SOS, and water resistance up to 50 meters. The SE will also support international roaming by pairing with an iPhone’s roaming plan.
The second-generation Apple Watch SE is available in Midnight, Starlight, and Silver, with matching back cases. The new price is $249 for GPS and $299 for the GPS+Cellular version of the Apple Watch SE. Users can pre-order the smartwatch today, and it will be available on September 16.
According to reports, GoPro is almost ready to introduce its latest camera, but don’t expect a significant makeover. Instead, it looks like the GoPro Hero 11 Black will look almost identical to the Hero 10 and that all the significant changes will be made on the inside, as shown by the first photographs and specifications discovered by WinFuture.
The largest improvement sounds like a new sensor with the “widest ever field of view on any GoPro,” according to WinFuture, which will be able to capture still photographs with a resolution of 27 megapixels and video stills with a resolution of 24.7 megapixels. (For comparison, the current Hero 10 Black captures images at 23 megapixels.)
Although it doesn’t sound like it, the new model will still have a maximum video resolution of 5.3K at 60 frames per second or 4K at 120 frames per second. Although there are currently few details available about the new sensor, even a slightly larger sensor with the same resolution may be advantageous for low-light photography.
Beyond that, it appears that GoPro isn’t fiddling with its equipment. This is actually understandable because the Hero 9 was a very significant change just two years ago, and GoPro is wise to stick with its fundamental form given how important the mount and accessory ecosystem is to the company’s appeal.
A new sensor this year would suit the upgrade path as the processor was the major change from the previous year. The only difference between the leaked Hero 11 pictures and the Hero 10 is a blue “11” on the side where there used to be a “10.” It still has a front-facing 1.4-inch screen, a 2.27-inch screen on the rear, large rubber buttons, and the general GoPro vibe.

What GoPro CEO Nick Woodman warned investors in February would be matched with a slight improvement.
According to him, the company will introduce new Hero and Max cameras this year, bringing the total number of cameras from two lines to four. And by the end of 2023, we anticipate expanding that much more, Woodman said. The Quik app and the software inside the cameras are the main areas of concentration for the company. GoPro is working hard to broaden its product line and find new methods to get its cameras into the hands of people who aren’t just your standard outdoor adventurer.
But based on what we do know so far, the Hero 11 Black will always be a GoPro. According to WinFuture, the tablet may arrive as early as the middle of this month. There is no information on price yet either, which is one of the things GoPro will need to modify the most if it wants the general public to buy its little camera.
Apple Watch Series 8 is finally here. Apple has stuck with tradition and named the newest Apple Watch the Series 8. The price starts at $399 and it will be available from September 16.
The Watch series 8 is adding temperature sensors to track temperatures while you sleep. It features new Temperature Sensor, Enhanced cycle tracking features, Crash Detection, Low Power mode and many more.
Apple Watch Series 8 Features
The Watch series 8 comes with temperature sensors that can track temperature changes as slight as 0.1 degrees Celsius and that it checks body temperature every five seconds. The company says that tracking your body temperature overnight can help give you insights into your ovulation cycle, which it can use to enhance the watch’s cycle tracking feature for those who menstruate.
It comes with crash detection feature which will only run while you’re driving, which helps preserve the watch’s 18-hour battery life. Apple’s also introducing a low power mode, which extends the watch’s battery life to 36 hours in one charge. Enabling the mode will turn off the always-on display and auto-workout tracking, but you’ll still get activity tracking and crash detection.
Aside from the redesign with a narrow border, it only included a few new features: faster charging, improved durability, and some new colors. It comes with new watch faces, and a swim-proof, dustproof, and crack-resistant facility.
The Series 8 aluminum comes in four colors: midnight, starlight, silver, and red; the stainless steel model is available in silver, gold, and graphite. It’ll be available starting September 16th and will cost $399 for the GPS model and $499 for the cellular model.

Pakistan was chasing 130 runs but didn’t have the best start since Babr Azam lost his wicket in the first over to Fazalhaq Farooqi. Farooqi also dismissed Mohammad Nawaz and Khushdil Shah in the 18th over while giving just three runs. Fareed picked the essential wicket of Asif Ali but Pakistan reached 87/3 to 118/9.
Pakistan needed 11 runs in the final over, when Naseem Shah hit two consecutive sixes in the first two balls to seal the victory.
The result meant that India and Afghanistan are out of the Asia Cup race for this edition. With four points, the Men in Green and Sri Lanka will be facing each other for the title clash held on September 11.
This was India’s first defeat in the Asia Cup since 2014. The team won the inaugural season under MS Dhoni’s captaincy in 2016 in Bangladesh. Later in 2018,under Rohit Sharma’s leadership, the men in Blue lifted the Cup winning every match of the edition.
India has won 18 games out 25 in the T20I format this year, which is the highest in any calendar year. India has two home series against Australia andSouth Africa before the T20 World Cup starts in October 2022.
India’s failure in the tournament, this edition has raised a lot of questions regarding the future of Indian cricket.
