Black Ops 7 Endgame Unlocks for All: Major Update

Treyarch just dropped a game-changer for Call of Duty Black Ops 7 players. Starting November 21, the Endgame mode will be accessible to everyone without completing the campaign first. This major policy shift removes the 11-mission barrier that previously blocked players from the highly anticipated PvE extraction mode.

What’s Changed with Endgame Access?

Rewards for Early Players

Players who already unlocked Endgame through campaign completion won’t be left empty-handed. Treyarch is automatically distributing a reward bundle including three one-hour Double XP tokens each for Player, Weapon, and Battle Pass progression, plus three Perkaholic GobbleGums for Zombies modes.

What Is Endgame Mode?

Endgame is a four-player PvE extraction experience set on the Avalon map. Squads complete objectives, gather loot, and power up their Operators across four difficulty-scaled zones filled with AI enemies. The ultimate challenge? Defeating Dr. Falkner, the final boss in Zone 4, which unlocks a secret ending cutscene and exclusive in-game rewards.

Why This Matters

The original campaign requirement created an awkward barrier for players eager to dive into the extraction gameplay inspired by Modern Warfare’s successful MWZ formula. This change respects different playstyles, allowing multiplayer enthusiasts immediate access to the mode that offers a fresh replayable loop to the franchise.

The policy reversal significantly alters the player onboarding experience, making Black Ops 7’s most innovative mode instantly accessible to everyone. Mark your calendars for November 21!
