ASUS ROG Xbox Ally Is Now ₹67,990 — Console-Level Gaming You Can Carry Anywhere

ROG Xbox Ally: A genuine Xbox experience that fits in your bag, at a price that undercuts most gaming laptops.

If handheld PC gaming has been on your radar, the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally is currently listed at ₹67,990 on Amazon India — a compelling price for a device that blends real Xbox software integration with proper PC gaming hardware underneath.

This fits neatly into the kind of gaming and PC hardware coverage TechnoSports regularly puts together for readers building their next setup.

What’s Inside

Why the Xbox Branding Actually Matters Here

Unlike most Windows handhelds that bolt Xbox controls onto a generic PC interface, ASUS built this one in direct partnership with Microsoft. Power it on, and you land straight into a full-screen Xbox experience rather than the Windows desktop — Game Bar, Xbox button shortcuts, and cloud streaming are all native to the device, not layered on top. You also get three months of Xbox Game Pass Premium bundled in, unlocking over 200 games from day one, and full access to your existing PC game library across Steam, Xbox, and other stores.

Built for Actual Handheld Use

ASUS didn’t just shrink a laptop into a controller shape. The chassis is redesigned with contoured grips inspired by Xbox controllers for genuinely comfortable long sessions, and the Ryzen Z2 A chip is tuned for efficient performance at lower wattages, paired with a 60Wh battery for meaningfully better endurance than the original ROG Ally. The 512GB SSD is also user-upgradeable with an off-the-shelf drive if you outgrow the storage.

How It Stacks Up

At ₹67,990, this sits below ASUS’s own more powerful ROG Xbox Ally X (Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme, 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD), which trades at a noticeably higher price point. For most buyers who want smooth 1080p gameplay on the go rather than maxed-out settings, the standard Ally strikes a sensible balance between performance and cost — a positioning TechnoSports has seen play out across other handheld gaming PCs this year as the category has matured.

Bottom Line

For anyone who wants real Xbox integration, a comfortable 120Hz display, and genuine PC gaming flexibility in one portable device, ₹67,990 is a solid price point for the ROG Xbox Ally. Just keep in mind Amazon pricing can shift, so it’s worth double-checking the live price before checkout.
