After-sales support is where most smartphone brands quietly lose customer trust. Ai+ Smartphone is betting that fixing this gap early will set it apart — announcing plans to cross 1,000+ service touchpoints in India, alongside its first-ever exclusive service centre and a dedicated support app.

Announced on September 16, 2026, the move signals that Ai+ is thinking beyond the device itself and investing in the full ownership journey.

What’s Changing for Ai+ Customers?

The headline move is Ai+’s first dedicated, exclusive Service Centre, opening in Delhi this Diwali. It’s set to offer trained technical support, genuine spare parts, standardised repairs, software help, warranty support, and device setup — essentially a one-stop shop for anything that can go wrong with an Ai+ device.

CEO Madhav Sheth framed the announcement around a simple idea: the real relationship with a smartphone brand begins after the purchase, not at it, according to the company’s official statement. That philosophy is showing up in both the physical expansion and the new digital layer being added alongside it.

The Ai+ Assistance App

Running parallel to the physical rollout is the new Ai+ Assistance App, designed to bring device support, service bookings, ticket tracking, and troubleshooting into a single platform. Through the app, customers can check device and warranty details, find nearby service centres, book appointments, generate and track service tickets, and get troubleshooting help — all without needing to visit a store first.

Combining a growing physical network with this kind of digital visibility is a meaningful shift for how Indian smartphone brands typically handle after-sales support, where tracking a repair often means repeated phone calls or in-person visits.

Why This Matters?

India’s smartphone market is intensely price-competitive, but service quality is increasingly becoming a differentiator once the initial sale is done. By scaling to 1,000+ touchpoints and pairing that with app-based tracking, Ai+ is positioning itself around dependability rather than just specs and pricing — a bet that could matter more as its customer base grows.
