SBS just dropped a poster that’s giving “quiet dad, deadly secret” energy, and fans are already obsessed. “Agent Kim Reactivated” is based on a popular webtoon and follows Manager Kim, played by So Ji Sub, a seemingly ordinary dad with a secret past who puts everything on the line to save his beloved daughter. soompi
The newly released character poster does some serious heavy lifting. It introduces Manager Kim as someone who returns to the battlefield to protect his only daughter — on the surface just an ordinary bank manager, but actually a former secret agent who participated in countless special operations and is currently hiding his identity.
What makes this poster hit different? Despite looking like an ordinary office worker, Manager Kim exudes an intimidating aura befitting a former dangerous operative, and the caption “Let’s not mess with the middle-aged guy wearing glasses” hints at the deadly transformation he undergoes the moment his family is threatened. And just in case the caption didn’t sell it enough, his blood-spattered suit hints at the intense action to come as his lethal instincts are reawakened.
