The Story in a Nutshell

Six job applicants reach the last round at a global IT company in a brutal job market. At the venue, they find mysterious envelopes, each holding an exposé about one of them. Suspicion spreads fast, and the interview turns into a psychological battle.

Meet Baek Seung Bin

Shin Seung Ho plays Baek Seung Bin, the group’s natural leader. He is physically imposing and carries the discipline of a former high school baseball captain. During a month-long team discussion, he keeps spirits up and holds the six together.

Then the first envelope targets him. Former allies turn cold, and his warmth gives way to frustration. He demands that everyone open every envelope and judge each other fairly.

Final Interview: Overview

Why This Role Stands Out?

Shin Seung Ho said he worked to make the contrast sharp between Seung Bin’s attitude, energy, words, and expressions before and after the envelopes are opened. That before-and-after shift is the heart of the performance.

Director Kim Jung Hoon says Seung Bin looks tough but has a childlike innocence underneath. He credits the actor’s cheerful, disarming smile with adding human charm to the character’s leadership.

Fans who know him from Weak Hero Class 1 can expect a very different energy here: warmth first, then a visible crack.
