There’s something deeply satisfying about watching a beloved franchise deliver its biggest chapter yet at the box office. Aadu 3: One Last Ride (Part 1) has done exactly that, and Malayali audiences clearly can’t get enough of Jayasurya’s wild fantasy comedy ride. The numbers keep rolling in — and they’re impressive.

What Makes These Numbers Special?
The second weekend showed a healthy uptick — Rs. 2.30 crore on Day 10 and Rs. 2.75 crore on Day 11 — which signals strong audience word-of-mouth still pulling in crowds. The film is now firmly on course to close its second week somewhere around Rs. 48 crore, before chasing the magical Rs. 50 crore mark by the 3rd Friday or Saturday.
If the third and fourth weeks hold up at reasonable levels, Aadu 3 is projected to close its entire theatrical run around Rs. 60 crore at the Kerala box office alone. For a fantasy comedy in the Malayalam cinema space, that would be nothing short of extraordinary.
Most importantly, this already makes Aadu 3 Jayasurya’s biggest box office grosser ever — a career-defining milestone for the beloved actor.
