Every chaebol drama needs someone who knows where the bodies are buried, in the metaphorical sense. In tvN’s upcoming “Love in Disguise,” that person may be about to face the literal version. New stills show Kim Jung Hyun in character as Kim Si Hyun, a lawyer who is about to be tested by the person he trusts most.

What Is “Love in Disguise” About?

It’s a romance thriller about an arrogant chaebol heir who becomes a murder suspect. A former special forces officer goes undercover as his personal secretary to investigate him. That setup already promises tension, secrets and slow-burn chemistry, and Kim Si Hyun sits right at the center of the mess.

Meet Kim Si Hyun: The Man Who Knows Everything

Kim Si Hyun works on the legal team at Taegang Group and handles the issues that arise both inside and outside the company. That means he knows the group better than almost anyone. He’s known for a sharp eye for reading situations and cool-headed judgment, yet he has a mysterious side and rarely shows his real feelings.

Sixteen Years of Friendship

Here’s where the story gets emotional. Kim Si Hyun is a high school classmate and 16-year friend of Yoon Yi Jun (Yim Si Wan), the group’s executive director and a leading heir. Now they face each other daily as boss and subordinate. They bicker whenever they meet, but Kim Si Hyun understands Yi Jun better than anyone and quietly looks after him while acting indifferent. If you’d like to know more about the lead, Yim Si-wan on Wikipedia covers his career.

Caught Between a Friend and a Company

The crisis hits when Yi Jun is identified as a murder suspect. Kim Si Hyun now has to deal with his friend’s danger and a risk that could shake the whole Taegang Group. The drama poses a compelling question: what will he choose when his friendship and the company pull in opposite directions?

What the New Stills Reveal?

The stills show Kim Si Hyun in a neat suit, surveying his surroundings with a calm but sharp gaze. Things change when Yi Jun is in the frame. In one image, he speaks with detectives on his friend’s behalf. In others, he personally makes sure Yi Jun has everything he needs and stays by his side. Those small gestures hint at the trust built over 16 years, while his hidden feelings add another layer of mystery.
