Apple Fitness+: the most exciting feature brought by iOS 14.3 update

As we have seen earlier, Apple’s iOS 14.3 brought various new features for iPhone 12. There have been many new additions that the new OS update brought with it, but the most important is undoubtedly the inclusion of the company’s Apple Fitness+.

Apple Fitness+ is the company’s new workout service, aimed at Apple Watch owners to keep them fit through this ongoing health crisis. Announced alongside the Apple Watch Series 6, the service provides users with all the necessary workouts across various categories that best suits their needs. Users will be watching the workouts on their iPhone devices, while the Apple Watch will track and record their efficiency. It’s a combo of good health.

Let’s Talk about some features of the Apple Fitness+ in brief:

Workout With Your Apple Watch

The Apple Watch will measure workout length, tracks your movements, calories burned, heart rate, and much more. Workout stats can be accessed on the Apple Watch, and it will be available on your iPhone and your iPad, and Apple TV. The information and stats are updated in real-time and help determine what portion of the workout session you need to focus. However, remember that Apple Watch is required for the workouts to happen, and you won’t be able to use the service without it.

Video Categories for Fitness

Apple has provided many video categories, including Treadmill Walk and Treadmill Run, Dance, Cycling, Yoga, Strength, Core, Mindful Cooldown, and HIIT Rowing. As we mentioned earlier, most of the exercises don’t need equipment for workouts. But it is still a better idea to have equipment for Treadmill Walk, Treadmill Run, Cycling, and Rowing.

The exercise content can be watched on your iPhone, iPad, and even on your Apple TV. Users can then choose their favorite workout videos and follow them. Most of them are exercises to be done at home with minimal equipment.

After Workout Stats and Weekly Updates

It is one of the most crucial features of the service; once the workout is done, users will see the stats or summary of all their workout metrics in a single place. Apple will also provide weekly content updates in place for new videos and trainers so you can do something different every day.
