Vivo V50 vs Vivo T3 Ultra: Which Mid-Range Powerhouse Offers the Best Value?
Design and Display
The Vivo V50 is equipped with a 6.77-inch quad-curved AMOLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution of 2392 × 1080 pixels with a native 120Hz refresh rate. Features ultra-thin bezels and is protected by Diamond Shield Glass Meanwhile, the Vivo T3 Ultra packs a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with a higher 1.5K resolution (2800 × 1260 pixels) and an impressive peak brightness of 4,500 nits. T3 Ultra gets better resolution and brightness, both of which contribute to superior visuals in comparison to T3 display.
Performance and Hardware
Under the hood, the Vivo V50 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, paired with 8GB or 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. The Vivo T3 Ultra, on the other hand, features the more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It supports 12GB of extended RAM too, which is great for multitasking and gaming.
Camera System
For photography, the Vivo V50 features a Zeiss–co-engineered dual-camera system with a 50MP OIS main + 50MP ultrawide shooter. It has a 50MP front camera with AI Facial Contouring as well. It has a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 50MP front camera with Aura Light and AI features. Photographers may appreciate Renowned optics maker Zeiss’ partnership effort with the V50.
Battery and Pricing
The Vivo V50 is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging, while the T3 Ultra gets a 5,500mAh battery with 80W charging. The V50 is priced at ₹34,999, while the T3 Ultra is available at a more budget-friendly ₹29,999. Both phones deliver in many ways, although the T3 Ultra bests the V50 in value, while the V50 has the better camera and battery life.
