OPPO is preparing for the official launch of the Reno 13 series in China on November 25th, which will succeed the Reno 12 lineup. The next-gen series is expected to come with a number of significant upgrades, as suggested by various leaks and rumors.

Now, a new OPPO device apparently has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmark platform that some people assume could be the same Reno 13 that has stirred up large buzz lately. Beneath the hood, this variant with model number “OPPO OPD2405” is believed to be the next-gen OPPO Pad 3 tablet and that’s still yet unconfirmed, according to a report by 91mobiles.

In terms of processing power, the device scores 1261 in the single-core test and 3993 points in the multi-core test according to a listing on Geekbench. The details also suggest the Pad 3 features an octa-core chipset, with its configuration comprising four cores clocked at 2.20GHz, three cores at 3.20GHz, and one core running up to 2.95GHz+. The GPU could be the Mali-G615 MC6. The chipset on the OPPO Pad 3 could be Mediatek Dimensity 8300, but it looks like some cores are higher clocked which suggests that the device may feature the rumored Dimensity 8350 chipset, which is expected to deliver better performance.

For memory, the Pad 3 will apparently feature a combination of 11.41GB of RAM which it will market as 12GB. The tablet will also run on Android 15, which suggests that it will offer the latest software features. Additionally, the OPPO Pad 3 is expected to be available in multiple storage variants: 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512 GB.

The tablet will feature a 2.8K display with 700 nits of brightness and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, making it an attractive option for users who prioritize display quality.

The device will also offer stylus support, likely making it a versatile tool for both work and entertainment. As for the Indian market, it remains uncertain whether the Pad 3 will launch, as currently, only the OPPO Pad Air is listed on the official OPPO India website.
