Motorola has now launched its ThinkPhone 25 in certain not to mention international markets. The smartphone runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC and is available in only one variant — 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Featuring a design reminiscent of the ThinkPad, it boasts a 6.36-inch display. The ThinkPhone 25 features a triple rear camera configuration, with a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-700C primary sensor. It is also integrated with a 430mAh battery with supports for fast charging up to 68W wired and 15W wireless.

The All New Motorola ThinkPhone 25

The ThinkPhone 25 is on the European site of Motorola though no pricing information has been provided. The phone, meanwhile is only being offered in Carbon Black and will again only be sold with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage.

It runs on Android 14 with the Hello UI skin and has a 6.36-inch full-HD+ LTPO AMOLED display with 1,220×2,670 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, up to 3,000 nits peak brightness, and a pixel density of 460ppi. It has HDR10+ support and is SGS-certified for reduced blue light emissions. It is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i from Corning and a plastic build including an Aramid fiber rear panel and it weighs just under 200g. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC along with LPDDR4x 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

For photography, the device features a triple rear camera system with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with quad PDAF, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The front-facing camera is a 32-megapixel unit. The ThinkPhone 25 has an IP68 rating and is MIL-STD 810H certified for durability. Sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and SAR sensor, along with an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature. Audio is enhanced with stereo dual speakers featuring Dolby Atmos.

The ThinkPhone 25 is equipped with Motorola’s ThinkShield for enhanced security and is guaranteed to receive five years of Android OS updates and security patches through 2029. The 4,310mAh battery provides up to 34 hours of usage on a single charge, and the phone’s dimensions are 154.1 x 71.2 x 8.1mm, weighing 171 grams.
