The Realme 12X 5G made its debut in India on Tuesday, April 2. Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, it boasts a robust 5,000mAh battery with SuperVOOC fast charging support. Featuring a dual rear camera setup, it introduces features like the Dynamic Button, Air Gestures, and Mini Capsule 2.0. Scheduled for release later this month, the phone offers three RAM options and comes in two color variants. Notably, it was initially introduced in China in March.

In India, the Realme 12X 5G is priced at ₹11,999 for the 4GB + 128GB model while the 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB versions are listed at ₹13,499 and ₹14,999 respectively. You can buy it from Flipkart and the Realme India website.
Though the exact sale date hasn’t been confirmed yet there’s an Early Bird Sale scheduled for April 2 from 6 pm to 8 pm IST. During this promotion, you can get the 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB variants for ₹10,999 ₹11,999, and ₹13,999 respectively. The phone comes in Twilight Purple and Woodland Green color options.
The Realme 12X 5G boasts a 6.72-inch full HD+ IPS LCD with a smooth refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 950 nits. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC built on cutting edge6nm process technology. You can have up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB of UFS2.2 storage onboard. The device runs on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14.
On the camera front, the Realme 12X 5G features a dual rear camera setup with a resolution 50-megapixel sensor paired with a megapixel macro shooter. The phone comes with an 8-megapixel camera that’s great for taking selfies.
One of the features of this device is the Dynamic Button, which was first introduced in the Realme 12 5G model. This button can be used as a shortcut for functions like using the camera turning on airplane mode and activating the flashlight. Additionally, it supports Air Gestures for touch control. Includes Mini Capsule 2.0 to show notifications with a cool animation around the hole punch cutout on the screen.
Equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired SuperVOOC charging, the Realme 12X 5G also includes dual stereo speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It supports dual 5G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB Type-C connectivity, with an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. Weighing 188g, it measures 165.6mm x 76.1mm x 7.69mm in size.
