Motorola has recently introduced the Moto G34 5G smartphone in the Chinese market, and now, according to tipster Mukul Sharma, the launch date for the Moto G34 5G in India has been disclosed.
Additionally, the smartphone is anticipated to make its entry into European markets, as it has already been listed on a Finnish online retailer website, revealing its pricing and specifications before its European debut. Previously, MySmartPrice’s team unveiled renders of the smartphone, confirming its imminent release in the Indian market.
The All New Moto G34 5G
In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Mukul Sharma disclosed that Motorola is set to unveil the G34 5G smartphone on January 9 in India. Sharma also affirms that the Lenovo-owned OEM will introduce the device with an upscale vegan leather design in the country. The tipster emphasizes that the upcoming smartphone in India will feature the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC.
While Sharma hasn’t provided details about other specifications or the price range, it is noted that in China, Motorola launched the smartphone in a single variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, priced at RMB 999 (approximately ₹11,700). It is anticipated that Motorola will release the smartphone in a lower RAM variant for the Indian market.
The smartphone boasts a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a centered punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Powering the Moto G34 5G is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, featuring two Kryo 660 Gold (Cortex A78) cores clocked at 2.2GHz, six Kryo 660 Silver (Cortex A55) cores at 1.8GHz, and an Adreno 619 GPU.
The chipset is paired with LPDRR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 internal storage, with additional support for virtual RAM expansion and a microSD card slot for storage expansion. Running on My UI 6.0 based on Android 13 out of the box, the smartphone includes a dual rear camera setup highlighted by a 50MP primary sensor.
