5 iQOO Z8 series design and features revealed: confirmed to launch on August 31

Vivo iQOO has formally announced the iQOO Z8 series’ debut date. At the end of this month, the first two smartphones in the series will be unveiled and made available in China. On August 31, 2023, at 7 PM local time, the iQOO Z8 and Z8x smartphones will both be introduced in the brand’s home market of China.

iQOO Z8 series Design and Specifications

The camera module of the smartphone is revealed in the teaser image that has been provided. The iQOO Z8 series line-up will include the vanilla iQOO Z8 and the iQOO Z8x models. There are two cameras and a dual-tone LED flash on its slightly rectangular-shaped camera module. On the camera module, it was also indicated that OIS functionality would be available for the primary camera.

The iQOO Z8 will support 3.5mm headphones, an IR Blaster, and 120W fast charging, among other features. Additionally, the phone will have a side-mounted fingerprint reader for biometric security.

Although the iQOO Z8x smartphone is already well-known, its appearance in the Geekbench database indicates that it has an octa-core processor with a primary clock speed of 2.21GHz. Additionally, it will presumably use OriginOS 3.0 and run on the Android 13 operating system. The gadget can include a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 CPU from Qualcomm.
