Vivo X90 Series launched globally: Malaysia will be the first country to receive it

The Vivo X90 series has finally made its global debut, with Malaysia being the first market to receive the new smartphone. This latest addition to the Vivo X series is set to make waves in the smartphone industry, with its cutting-edge features and sleek design.

The Vivo X90 series features two smartphones, the X90, and the X90 Pro. Both smartphones are equipped with the latest Mediatek chipset, providing users with lightning-fast performance and seamless multitasking capabilities. The X90 Pro also features a larger battery and improved camera capabilities, making it an ideal choice for photography enthusiasts.

In terms of design, the Vivo X90 series boasts a sleek and modern look, with a minimalist aesthetic that sets it apart from other smartphones on the market. The X90 Pro also features an AMOLED display, providing users with vivid and clear visuals for an immersive viewing experience.

The Vivo X90 and X90 Pro both sport triple rear cameras with the Zeiss brand. The configuration on the former consists of a 12MP ultra-wide unit, a 12MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX866 primary sensor with OIS. The Pro model contains a 50MP Sony IMX989 1-inch primary sensor with the only f/1.75 aperture in the market, along with a 50MP portrait unit and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. The V2 ISP from the Vivo X90 pair enables exceptional photography performance. A 32MP selfie camera is present on the front of both Vivo smartphones. The gadgets also come with a variety of camera-related features.

Vivo X90 Series

A Dimensity 9200 CPU powers the Vivo X90 and X90 Pro’s internals. Up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage are included. Onboard, there is a vapor cooling chamber for dissipating heat. The X90 and X90 Pro both have batteries with capacities of 4,810mAh and 4,870mAh, respectively. Both batteries enable 120W rapid charging. The latter can also use 50W wireless charging.

The Vivo X90 costs MYR 3,699 (about $868) in Malaysia for the 12GB + 256GB model, while the X90 Pro has a price of MYR 4,999 (about $1,175).
