Fede Valverde has enjoyed a great start to the season so far, scoring six goals in 15 games across all competitions. He has been deployed on the right side of the front three which features Vinicius Jr and Karim Benzema, and he can also operate as a central midfielder.
“He has to have that responsibility. We have a bet, I think he will score more than ten this season,” Carlo Ancelotti told DAZN about Valverde.

“I made a bet, but I think he’ll score more than 10 this season,” Ancelotti said following Real Madrid’s 3-0 win over Elche.
“If he scores four more then I get to keep my coaching license! He keeps surprising us. He does well on the wing or in midfield.
