The Surface Pro 9, Surface Laptop 5, and many more new Surface devices have been announced by Microsoft. After four years, the business also unveiled the updated Surface Studio 2 Plus, although the design remained the same. Microsoft and Surface Studio
The Surface Studio was first introduced by Microsoft in 2018 featuring 7th-generation CPUs and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 GPU. The Surface Studio 2 Plus, in contrast, has a quad-core 35W 11th generation Intel Core i7-11370H processor.
Furthermore, compared to the previous model’s 45W processors, it has a reduced TDP. For improved graphics performance, it also includes an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU.
There is only one configuration choice for the Surface Studio 2 Plus this time around. The computer has 32GB of DDR4 RAM and 1TB of SSD storage in addition to the CPU and GPU. Why Microsoft opted to limit itself to a single setting choice is a mystery to us. The new Studio 2 Plus, however, is not inexpensive. To purchase the device, you must shell out $4,299.99.
About the Design
The Surface Studio 2 Plus has a 28-inch display with a 3:2 aspect ratio and a 4,500×3,000 resolution in terms of design. Be aware that it is still a 60Hz panel and that the previous Surface Pen works with it. Like the previous year, all of the internals are housed in the base, which is joined to the display by the Zero Gravity hinge.
It can still be folded down to a convenient drawing position for artists, and Microsoft also unveiled new applications for creativity. In addition, the Studio 2 Plus has three Thunderbolt 4 connections in place of the original model’s single USB-C port.
