iPhone 14 will not have an under-display sensor or periscope camera

Apple analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo has hinted that this year’s lineup of iPhones will not get the under-display sensor and periscope camera. Kuo’s latest investor notes provided these details for the analyst whose predictions in the past have been spot-on.

The analyst is also of the opinion that Apple may be unable to meet up with the periscope camera technology before 2023. The fingerprint technology will come in 2025 as per the researcher.

The Apple iPhone 14 lineup is likely to be launched towards the end of Q3 of 2022 but there are already a couple of details with respect to this lineup.

Here’s what’s new with Apple this week

The iPhone 14 will come with two punch-hole cameras, a powerful camera sensor, a thicker body, and it will be powered by the A16 Bionic chip. The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max are expected to have ProMotion displays with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.

These rumors cannot be confirmed, for now, Apple as usual remains silent on all the details of the iPhone 14.
