Over the MSRP, you should expect price inflation of 50 percent to 80 percent. This card, in particular, is 76 percent more expensive than the MSRP, thus most gamers expecting the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 8 GB to be available for under $300 US should give up.

Although NVIDIA has stated that shortages are likely to diminish by 2H 2022, it appears that this pricing issue has little to do with shortages and that everyone is simply attempting to make that extra profit while using ‘shortages’ as a shield to avoid a significant public backlash.

Several Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti cards from AIB partners such as Zotac and Galax have been tested by Tom’s Hardware, with special emphasis going to the Asus ROG Strix LC model with an AIO cooling. As a result, readers have a good idea of what to expect in terms of technology beneath the shroud. You’ll get what appears to be a reference design cooler with this card, but the visuals for Matrix lovers will make it a real collector’s item.

The GeForce RTX 3080 Ti has 10,240 CUDA cores, a GPU boost rate of 1.67 GHz, and 12GB of GDDR6X memory on a 384-bit bus in the base model. While its boost rates are slightly lower (at 1.71 GHz) than the basic GeForce RTX 3080, the CUDA core count is significantly higher than the 8,704 / 8,960 given by the 10GB / 12GB RTX 3080 versions, respectively.

If you live in China, you may enter the competition to win an Nvidia The Matrix Resurrections GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Tribute Graphics Card by sharing the original post using the Weibo link in the intro. You must also mention Nvidia and The Matrix in your reply. The tournament, which began on Friday, will end before the prize draw on January 21.

There are some goodies up for grabs on Nvidia’s global social media, but you must act quickly. On its Twitter accounts, Nvidia released a post with a complete custom GeForce Matrix PC setup, which seems intriguing even though it is a one-of-a-kind product.

Meanwhile, Nvidia is giving away three special Matrix-themed backplates with GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics cards, according to a post. To enter, you must share and say something, just like the Weibo competition. Because the global competitions are held on Twitter, Nvidia requests that you include the hashtag #TheMatrix as well.
