Amazon India has started a unique award list to honour the best Customer’s Choice Smartphone and Smart TVs, and after the people’s poll, it has recently announced the winners and runners up.
Bangalore, 28th December 2021: Amazon.in today announced the winners of its first-ever – ‘Amazon Customer’s Choice Smartphone & Smart TV Awards 2021’. This annual property was aimed at celebrating and recognizing the best in the Smartphone and TV products that are available on Amazon.in.
The voting started on 6 December 2021 and received an overwhelming response from over 50,000 participants. The winners are chosen from 12 categories in Smartphones and 9 categories in Television.

Undoubtedly, the iPhone 13 has won The Smartphone of the Year award and that is because of its phenomenal performance, thanks to the A15 Bionic inside paired with the upgraded battery as well as the camera.
Overall, the iPhone 13 provides a better value as a flagship smartphone and the one to end close is the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. The latter is a more value-oriented flagship smartphone and has ended up being the second-best according to customers.
The Most Loved Smartphone Brand award has also been won by Apple, which clearly looks to dominate the Indian smartphone market slowly and steadily. While Xiaomi is still the budget king as its Redmi 10 Prime is being awarded as the Best Budget Smartphone of 2021.
Also as you see there are a lot of awards while Apple dominates every award followed by Samsung, the once-dominant OnePlus.
